A 3-bedroom, large apartment near Paralimni and Protaras. It has a huge balcony, is a perfect location for your holiday. Near walks, cycle paths, places of interest, restaurants and shops as well as fantastic beaches, there is much to enjoy at any time of year. It is situated in Paralimni, on the South East coast of Cyprus. The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away, and nearby are the main resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Agia Napa.This 3 bedroom apartment can sleep 6. It is on a small development with landscaped gardens, swimming pool and views over the Famagusta countryside. It is situated in a quiet residential area, but is very near shops, restaurants and the Paralimni and Kapparis town centres. Paralimni is the regional capital, and most restaurants and facilities are open all year. This contrasts with the tourist hot spots which are empty out of season, despite the warm and sunny weather.The apartment is tastefully furnished with quality oak furniture and leather sofas. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a huge sunny balcony and surround sound TV and DVD. All rooms have aircon/heaters, and the master bedroom is en-suite. There is a large family bathroom and a further toilet. The balcony has a large BBQ (gas), an 8 seat rattan patio set with cushions and parasol and 2 sun loungers. There are fly screens for all rooms..The master bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony. This gets the evening sun and has 2 chairs and a small table. The other 2 bedrooms can be arranged with 2 single beds or a king size double. Luxury bedlinen and towels are provided.

There is lift access to the apartment. Guests with wheel chairs or very restricted mobility should use the main entrance to the buildings for level access, as there are steps between the car park and the lift. There is a good wi-fi service using our router. This supports unlimited devices within the apartment, and a single device in local area. Cost c €15 per week, with reductions for longer periods.

There is a gym nearby, operated by the management company. Available for a daily or weekly pass at a small additional cost.

Cycle hire is available nearby in the town or Paralimni.

The light and sunny living area features luxury leather sofas, oak furniture and surround sound 32" TV with Home Theatre DVD and i-pod dock. It has two south facing patio doors, and is triple aspect ensuring sun from early morning until late afternoon. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower, a 5' oak framed double bed with oak furniture and built in wardrobes. Patio doors give access to a small balcony with 2 comfy seats and a table - perfect for enjoying the evening sun and the beautiful sunsets.The other 2 bedrooms have two single beds that can be clipped and zipped together to give a 6' double bed. Please advise bed configuration required when booking. There are oak bedside tables, dimmable bedside lights and built in wardrobes.There is a large family bathroom and a further, separate, toilet.The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet dinning. There is a large fridge/freezer.The apartment is tastefully furnished with quality rugs and pictures. There are fly screens to all rooms, a large BBQ (gas) and fans for each bedroom.A highchair and cot can be provided on request at no extra cost.

A particular feature of this apartment is the large private balcony, looking over the pool area. It is furnished with a large oval table with glass top, parasol, lazy susan and comfortable seating for 8. There is still plently of room left for sunbathing and the large gas BBQ. The balcony has its own night lighting. It is accessed via patio doors from the living room. It is in sun from early morning until late afternoon.

There is a large oval communal pool with a separate jacuzzi area, with ample sun loungers and parasols in the surrounding large patio area. There is one reserved car parking space in the underground car park, and a shopping bike is available for guests.

“Fabulous, spacious apartment.”

Arrived at the apartment very late, found it easily and settled in quickly. Woke the next morning to gorgeous blue skies and sunshine. Apartment had everything you could need, the water cooler was such a great thing to have in the apartment. The pool area was pristine and very quiet, never a problem getting a sun bed!! Kronos was a perfect base for us to explore the local area, within 20 mins drive of lots of fabulous beaches. Kapparis had some lovely restaurants, we loved Faliros and Tony’s. Paralimni had plenty of supermarkets but the best value one was Pop Life, just up the road. Loved Pernera too, lovely beaches here too and had a lovely dinner one evening at Blue Spice restaurant. Also had a lovely dinner at Wan Chai Chinese in Pernera. We had a fantastic week at this apartment, the area is wonderful for families, can’t recommend it enough.

The apartment is nice calm located. It have lot of space and really nice furniture. Everything is really good - but the airconditions have the automatical switch that turns them off after 2 hours of working. At the day it doesnt matter - understand that it is friendly to our earth and it saves money. But when you have to wake up at night 2-3 times to turn on the aircon , because its really hot ... Thats not so refreshing. When you open the doors thru the apartment balconies and windows , you get nice wind inside - still a bit hot but fresh air. ( its better ) But for example my wife cant sleep in even small wind. We had the aircon set on smallest fan option. Everything other is really good :) Nice place , nice indoor , nice grill outside , nice furniture outside. Good pool. Market for necesary things is near . Highly recomend to visit Metro supermarket. Its a good point for discovering the whole site from Paralimni , Protaras to Agia Napa . Mr Haywood is really helpfull and good man.

My husband and I travel to Cyprus regularly and have stayed in quite a lot of apartments but I have to say this is the best one we have stayed in. It is in a great location, is well furnished, very spacious, has a great outside space and has everything you could need for your stay. Plus due to its location, if you open the patio doors in the back bedroom and the one in the living room and pull the fly-screens across there is a lovely through breeze, which made for the best nights sleep I have ever had in Cyprus! We hope to book again to stay next year and would definitely recommend it.
