Detached villa Hieros Kepos with a private heated swimming pool (when required) The villa has full air-conditioning and heating units to all rooms. Free WiFi and notebook usage.. The villa has 3 large double bedrooms, having queen sized double beds. All 3 bedrooms have full en-suite facilities and tastefully furnished, sleeping up to 6 persons. A fully equipped kitchen includes all modern home from home appliances, including a dishwasher..

The open plan lounge and dining room has two floor to ceiling vista patio doors leading onto the shaded patio that has a swing hammock and exercise bike. From the shaded patio there are two steps down onto the villas patio sun terrace patio area where there is the 8m x 4m gas heated private swimming pool, comfortable sun beds with sun-loungers and parasols. A deluxe spa hot tub is also on the villas patio sun terrace, all surrounded by landscaped gardens which have uninterrupted sea views over the coastal countryside.

A deluxe mobile gas six burner with oven hood BBQ, plus the traditional Cypriot charcoal burner BBQ, called a souvla, are provided by the kitchen garden area, along with a breakfast table and chairs with parasol, a patio dining table and chairs with parasol for those pleasant sunny evenings when only eating outside the villa in fresco style will complete that perfect day.

The holiday villas accommodation in the villa Hieros Kepos is located at the seaward end of a cul de sac of 12 villas in the small village of Koloni, Yeroskipou, Paphos. The villa is 5km East of the holiday seafront resort of Paphos, 12km from Paphos International Airport and only 15 minutes walk into the main village square of Yeroskipou where the famous Turkish Delight is made. Here you can buy your daily news paper, milk, bread and general foods from the local bakers, general shops and supermarket. You will also find banks, post office, tavernas and the local bus service that runs from the village square into Paphos seafront and onto the Castle harbour.

The villa is ideally situated for a quiet village environment with great sea views and easy to get access to tourist area`s and historic sites that all Cyprus visitors should see.
