The Apartment is finished to a high standard, with marble finishings and dimmable mood lighting for relaxing evenings after a hard day's sunbathing.

“Fabulously relaxing holiday”

Lovely apartment! I stayed here with my husband and 7 year old daughter. As this was our first visit to Limnaria Gardens, I wasn't sure what to expect, especially as we were arriving late at night. It could not have been easier, and the apartment was well prepared, very clean with warm lighting to welcome us on arrival. The facilities in the apartment are great; contain everything we needed (and more) for our 10 day stay. Brilliant outdoor pools and jacuzzi. The other residents and owners were so friendly - made loads of new pals. Had to keep a very close eye on my daughter but only because she couldn't stay out of the 3 different pools, frequently moving from one to the others in constant excitement! Exceptionally close to our favourite restaurants and a short stroll to the harbour - 10 out of 10 for location. The instructions in the apartment are very clear, from how to use the air con (although it wasn't needed because the ceiling fans are so good) to wifi connection. We had no need to call the manager for help throughout our stay. The owner, Doug, took his time to check we were prepared for the stay before we left the UK and emailed me again on arrival to check everything was OK. Nice touch that was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, self-contained home from home holiday.

“Lovely apartment on beautiful complex”

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Limnaria Gardens but this apartment (207B) is the best one yet. Everything you need has been provided by the owners. Spotlessly clean with a huge balcony. Lovely walk along the front takes you into the centre of Paphos and the harbour. Would definitely recommend both the apartment and the complex.

“Perfect Location”

We travelled in February, for the first time, to Cyprus. Good location to reach most of Paphos. Well equiped flat kitchen and Local information. Did not use the available pool, rather cold at this time. Although it looked very attractive

“Perfect Apartment”

we recently stay at Limnaria Gardens apartment 207, this being are first time to Cyprus. It was everything we could of asked for and more. Location was very centralised but far enough away from the bar noise. The owner (doug) was more than helpful with any question we had with a very quick response. The apartment was well furnished and had plenty of information of the attractions in Paphos. Highly recommended

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
