Immaculate1 bed apartment with Roof Terrace! The apartment has Wi-Fi and British TV. It is in a convenient location for all amenities ideal for families or couples looking for a smart hideaway! With only a short walk to the restaurants, the Harbour and the historic sights, this apartment could not be better placed.

Furnished to a high standard the apartment also has a balcony where you can wind away the evening. Soak up the sun by the kidney shaped pool and begin to live life like a Cypriot!

STAY in our spacious apartment, tastefully decorated in neutral tones and to ensure that you have the perfect holiday in Paphos.The lounge area has two brown leather settees to relax on. Watch some of your favourite programmes on the 26 LCD inch T.V. Wi-Fi is throughout the apartment. For your comfort the lounge and dining area have one air-conditioning unit ( on timer) and two ceiling fans to keep you cool. Vertical blinds at the patio door leading to the balcony ensure your privacy. Ceiling mounted fire alarm installed for your safety.The dining table is situated in the lounge area and comfortably seats four people in order for you to enjoy your indoor dining experience.The kitchen is rectangular in shape and is to the side of the dining area. It contains all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and washer, , fan-assisted oven and ceramic hob, extractor- fan and a large fridge-freezer .The air-conditioned bedroom (with comfortable wooden double bed) has a matching bed-side cabinet . There are ceiling to floor fitted wardrobes, ensuring space for all your clothing ( this unit also includes drawers). Blackout blinds in your bedroom ensure a good nights sleep! A ceiling fan is situated in the bedroom to ensure you stay cool during the hot days and nights. A patio door leads straight on to the furnished balcony, with table and seating for five people. The balcony overlooks orange /lemon trees, a very pleasant view to look at whilst enjoying your cocktails. Access to the apartment is by the main door and there is a security intercom located on the wall to allow guests access to the property.

Attractive pool area with underground communal changing facilities, toilets showers and a changing room. There is also a disabled- friendly changing room and toilet by the pool. We provide sun loungers and parasols for your use. On the roof is a large terrace with table, for the sole use of your party during your stay. This is an ideal place to sunbathe later in the day.The apartment also has a balcony for al fresco dining and to sit and look at the sun going down at the end of another perfect day!

This was my first visit to Cyprus and I would definitely go back and stay in this apartment. It was in a great location just a short walk to the Port . The apartment was well furnished bright and very clean with great facilities. Our transfers to and from the airport were great and we were met by the agent on arrival as promised. I was well impressed with Paphos itself and the public transport was brilliant and very cheap and although we were only there for a week we managed to fit in trips to Limassol and Nicosia for just a few Euros.

The apartment is very well located for the town of Paphos giving access to all the lovely restaurants that can be enjoyed in Cyprus – if it’s your first visit ensure that you have at least one Mezzi – delicious food wither you are a meat, fish or veg lover. The apartment is also well stocked with all items requires to have a quiet, restful holiday. A visit to Coral Bay is a must, local bus provides a excellent service, current fare is 1 euro 50 cents, for the journey from the centre of town directly to the beach – ensure you stay on to the last stop, as this takes you right to the beach. Good facilities there sun beds and parasols 2 euros each for the day. Lovely restaurant and a good shop that sells snacks and bits & bobs, not over priced with free toilets and changing facilities. Judy was very helpful advising places to eat; Max – local contact - was excellent at greeting us and ironing out any issues for us – there was none. Go enjoy, both the apartment and the sun.

“Ideal location”

The apartment is as described, ideal location close to everything in walking distance. There was only the two of us that stayed and everything was thought of. We had the pool to ourselves every day and spent a lot of time on the roof terrace which again we were the only ones up there. The apartment is very modern. Booking with Judy has never been so easy she arranged the airport transfers and everything went smoothly Judy has been great always at the end of an email. This was our first time to paphos and staying at this apartment we enjoyed so much as the harbour and bar street (if that is your thing) are in very close distance. We walked every morning and night to and from the harbour. We will be visiting paphos again
