Welcome to Thalassa Residence, a private, newly built villa which is a modern oasis of contemporary amenities, style and comfort! Enjoy the spellbinding views over the the Cretan Sea at one of our most stunning properties in Crete and relax in the magnificent swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi at the pool terrace!

Located in northern Rethymno Thalassa Residence boasts striking architecture and it it encapsulates luxury living delivering peace and tranquillity, as it’s wide open to the fresh summer breeze and warm greek sun! Designed specifically for summer living, VThalassa Residence is best suited for big families or a group of friends, as it is ideally located within walking distance to the lively town of Panormos, when one can find all that’s needed daily.

Layout

Exterior

The pool terrace epitomises the concept of summer and it is the perfect location to sit and watch the sunset or enjoy the 42 m2 private, overflow swimming pool (with varying depth of 1,20-1,40m). Lay on the comfortable sun beds, pool bean bag chairs or the outdoor siting area and have a cold drink, read your favourite book or listen to your favourite music from the provided Bluetooth dock and have fun with your friends and family!

The 610 m2 terrace also features a large, 3 X 2m, heated jacuzzi, which fits up to 6 people and it’s located next to the pool. Spoil yourselves by using the 80 hydromassage jets or enjoy a chromotherapy session using the RGB lighting, offering a complete mind and body refreshment.

To make things even better, just besides the jacuzzi there’s a lovely lawn covered area, where your kids will be having fun at the playground area which can be found a few steps away! Also, 2 bicycles are provided so you can wander around the picturesque village of Panormos!

Lastly, make sure not to miss the opportunity to try al fresco dining, using the gas BBQ facilities to prepare your homemade meals and enjoy them at the shaded outdoor dining area for 12 guests under the pergola.

Interior

Spread across three levels, this outstanding, 510 m2 property accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 immaculate double bedrooms. High quality furnishings, with touches of modern and classic style, state of the art appliances and all modern amenities make it an ideal choice for a relaxing villa vacation. Furthermore, Thalassa Residence is suitable for guests with restricted mobility and it’s wheelchair accessible, as its interior is flat. Also, an elevator offers easy access to all levels of the Villa and guests can have direct access to the pool terrace from the ground floor living room.

Lower Ground

- Well equipped gym with a treadmill, static bicycle, a butterfly machine and workout weights!

- Recreation area that boasts a comfy sitting area, home cinema with a 52’ flat screen TV, sound system, a Playstation 4 console (which can also play Blue Ray disks) and pool table

- Wooden sauna cabin, where you can relax naturally, before entering the pool or after a busy day.

- 1 bedroom. All six bedrooms have 32’ TVs, boudoirs, black-out curtains, are air-conditioning, and feature en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins, equipped with hydro massage columns. In all bedrooms the beds could be set up either as a Super King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) or as two single beds (0.90X2.00).

Getting around

Thalassa Residence is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well know sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. Water sports are also available. Even further to the east, there is a small cove with a pebbly beach, ideal for seclusion and snorkelling. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.

Your hosts and me personally, will take care of all the details of your holiday 7 days per week responsible for your day to day needs – from special dietary requirements to making recommendations and reservations! Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to arrange all details regarding your stay! Your flight details and telephone number would be very much appreciated, in case I need to contact you! Also, please let me know if you have any special requests! At your arrival day, your hosts will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area! It goes without saying that I will be on the other end of the line if you need any further information or assistance!

How do damage deposits work?
