Set atop the Cretan sea, the brand new Villa Contessa takes advantage of its location by offering sweeping views of the beach, the bay and the village of Panormo. The villa has an open plan that helps connect the main living spaces with the outdoors, via a large viewing deck with pool. Additionally all of our en-suite bedrooms have access to veranda or balconies to give all rooms unrestricted access to the impressive view. Being only a stone-throw away from the sandy beach, the villa offers premium holiday experience and services to our guests. Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite and unique villa.

Furnished in a combination of stylish and luxurious touches, the villa offer a perfect layout to maximize both space and views. Offering a quick access to Panormo beach, it can accommodate 8 people in beds.

- Indoor layout -

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, satellite 50” HDTV, Playstation 4, a dining area and a fully equipped authentic kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances. From the living room area, you have direct access to a veranda which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Cretan sea and the nearby beach. There is also a toilet located on the same floor.

Ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bed can be transformed to be 2 single beds if needed.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase or an elevator, there are 2 bedrooms with a king bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. One of the en-suite bathroom has shower and the other one has shower and Jacuzzi.

Reaching the second floor (loft) through the staircase or the elevator, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds which also can be transformed to be a double bed if needed. All the bedrooms offer views to the sea from any angle, HDTV, mini bar fridge, air-condition, closet and access to outdoor area or balconies. Additionally all the floors are connected by elevator which offers perfect holiday layout in order to maximise the comfort.

- Outdoor area -

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- A swimming pool with pool alarm system for child safety.

- Gas barbecue

- Dining table for 8 people next to the pool.

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and balconies around the villa

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the arrival time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much information as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit. Also we will clean the villa and change towels and linen every 3 days. Finally we will be there for your departure for our last thank you! Kostas will be also reachable on his cell phone and e-mails 24/7!
