Villa Chara is the ultimate holiday destination for modern vacationers, which offers all the comforts and amenities combined with the proximity to amazing sandy beaches and beautiful locations. A perfect place for your summer in Crete! Villa Chara provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is an ideal choice for big families or groups of friends!

Located in an olive field, very close to Panormo village, Villa Chara is a detached Villa which offers absolute privacy, peace and quiet! In Panormo there are lovely sandy beaches, as well as cafes and restaurants and it’ s only 3 Kms away. Within 1 Km, you will find mini markets and a super market which can also deliver your shopping at the villa, if you want so!

Layout

Exterior

The 700 m2 outdoor areas of Villa Chara feature a very originally designed private heated swimming pool (3X9m, 1.40 deep), a children’s pool (8X3m, 0.50 deep) and a heated jacuzzi tub (2 sq. m), along with lovely surroundings, including a children’s playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, parasols and patio furniture and also features BBQ facilities and an outside 42’ plasma TV, so guests can enjoy al fresco dining and spend many hours just relaxing! Additionally, 2 bicycles are also available!

Interior

This newly built Villa covers 150m2, built with great contemporary design and very high standards’ construction is waiting for you, offering you the chance to have an amazing time and discover wonderful, long beaches, picturesque villages and hidden corners of Crete! The open spaces, large glass windows and doors and the tasteful decoration in earthy colours will surely make a strong impression on you!

Ground Floor

On the ground floor of Villa Chara, guests have access to an open plan space, where the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are located. A 55’ smart TV and a Playstation 4 are also available, so that you unwind and have fun! The room offers direct access to the pool area and terrace, to the make your everyday holiday more comfortable and easy. Additionally, one double bedroom can be found on the this floor, while a few stairs below, there’s one more double bedroom, featuring a round bed and a special area with gym equipment, including a treadmill, a static bicycle, a stepper and α multifunctional fitness machine! Furthermore, this level of Villa Chara is suitable for people with special needs and it’s wheelchair accessible, as it offers direct access to the pool terrace and also features a bathroom especially designed for guests with restricted mobility.

First Floor

The two remaining bedrooms of Villa Chara are situated on the first floor. One double and one twin bedroom, each one with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding area and are airy and sunny! All bedrooms are modernly decorated, spacious and comfortable and have a 32’ flat screen TV!

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes twice a week.

- Excellent mattresses. 100% fine cotton towels, bathrobes, lavish linens and pool towels are provided.

Pool and garden cleaning twice a week.

Pool Heating Policy:

-The pool can be heated March-May, October-November and the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
