Designed for you, inspired by here. With locally sourced stone, regional whitewashed walls, and iconic sensory pool design, make this home groundbreaking. The Cretan sun shines brightly on olive groves, cobbled streets, rolling hills, and a friendly welcoming culture, all beautifully showcased by staying at Villa Eva.

Mature trees and beds of fragrant blooms decorate the grounds, set on ribbons of luscious neat green lawn. The secluded, enclosed gardens and large outdoor pool with a children pool compartment & an outdoor whirlpool ( non heated), will prove enormously popular amongst all generations, especially with the mesmeric views and stunning naturescapes as a backdrop. Lay out al fresco lunches and make like the Greeks, grazing on cold meats and olives between dips, before reclining to watch the dramatic Cretan sunset unfold with a G&T on hand at the gazebo. Making the most of the natural location, an immaculate terrace offer mesmerising scenery for al fresco dining by the fully equipped BBQ with an outdoor dinning area, balmy in summer for celebrated dinning. There is an additional hammock, outdoor TV and children toys for a bit of extra activity in mind. Little ones are sure to have hours of fun with their own ‘Dream Outdoor Play area’, and the sensory swimming pool to splash about in until well past bedtime.

Villa Eva is sensory decorated in earthy tones, with an open plan living-cum area, an impressive fireplace which creates a soothing atmosphere, and floor-to-ceiling glass will open up to views of endless green, pouring light into every corned of your interior. The abundance of space at the flow to light-filled living room is price for entertaining, with a fully-equipped, party-ready kitchen enriched with an indoor dinning spot for culinary wonders. The living room features a fireplace and 50’ smart TV for movies o’clock or a cosy corner to read your holiday book overlooking the pool. Individually crafted to frame, Villa Eva boasts a unique interior layout and offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests in real beds, at its four bedrooms. An additional guest can sleep to a comfy sofa bed. The bedrooms have at their disposal two bathroom with a walk in shower for those who wish to relax after a day of exploration. You’ll be certainly humming to the tune of Louis Armstrong’s ‘What a wonderful world’ while pulling the cork on a bottle of red or white.

“A wonderful villa for family of different generations”

This lovely villa ticked all our boxes. It was tastefully furnished throughout with much needed air con. The kitchen was equipped with dish washer, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster and grill. with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, serving dishes etc. The pools and jacuzzi outside were great and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, for both inside and out. The garden was wonderful for relaxing on loungers, and had various outside eating areas. The charming owner couldn't have been more helpful - including bringing us pastries and a delicious moussaka. The fridge was also equipped with welcome goodies . The only small drawback was noise from the nearby road during the day. We would highly recommend a stay.

How do damage deposits work?
