In an olive field, at the end of the village, Villa Eva has been recently built according to very high standards, providing luxurious accommodation! This is a private/detached Villa, well-suited for those seeking privacy on their holidays! At the same time, it is close to all amenities, as within 1 Km, you will find mini markets and a super market and the town of Panormo with its sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants is only 3 Kms away. Villa Eva is an ideal starting point for exploring West Crete, with its gorgeous mountain ranges, cultural monuments, coastal towns and stunning beaches. Rethymno town, at a 20min drive from the villa, offers colourful neighbourhoods to stroll around and monuments to visit, such as the Venetian port, the Fortezza Castle, the old town with little shops and the open market.

The exterior of the villa is surrounded by flowering plants, local vegetation and well-kept, lawn covered gardens. The picture is complete with the private swimming pool 1.4 meters deep with a special children’s compartment 0.4 meters deep and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub (not heated), which is certain that you will love! Sun beds and umbrellas can be found around the pools, as well as a gazebo with patio furniture, an outside plasma TV, a luxurious hammock bed and children’s toys, where guests can relax all day long, enjoying the sun and fresh air of the country side! To make things even better, BBQ facilities and an extra outdoor dining area are available, giving you the chance to try al fresco dining!

Build in one floor, Villa Eva boasts a comfortable layout and offers spacious accommodation for up to 9 guests, in its four bedrooms. Villa Eva is modernly decorated in earthy colours, the open concept living area with an impressive fireplace creates a soothing atmosphere, while numerous windows and doors allow plentiful light. The comfortable dining area and the villa’s very beautiful and functional kitchen, fully equipped with all modern cons, ensures that you’ll enjoy every meal you prepare fro your family and loved ones. From the kitchen guests have direct access to the pool and terrace area, making your everyday holiday more comfortable and easy. Additionally, the Villa also features two bathrooms.

“A wonderful villa for family of different generations”

This lovely villa ticked all our boxes. It was tastefully furnished throughout with much needed air con. The kitchen was equipped with dish washer, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster and grill. with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, serving dishes etc. The pools and jacuzzi outside were great and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, for both inside and out. The garden was wonderful for relaxing on loungers, and had various outside eating areas. The charming owner couldn't have been more helpful - including bringing us pastries and a delicious moussaka. The fridge was also equipped with welcome goodies . The only small drawback was noise from the nearby road during the day. We would highly recommend a stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
