Here, one can lazily flick through the dailies on a chaise-lounge, sit with feet swinging in the pool on hot summer days and let nights slip away around the warmth of the fire in the barbecue, hidden deep between the ever-greens of the captivating mountain views. A luxury self-catering retreat with a private pool (1.4metres deep), this dream architectural home will have you scrambling to dwell between its glass walls forever. Cherish culinary outdoor gatherings al fresco at the fully equipped BBQ are with captivating views. The lush garden flourishes, offering ultimate tranquility, where you could enjoy precious time spend with loved ones! Our guests can also enjoy the ping pong table, a dreamy children’s outdoor playground with toys, a hammock, a garden swing, as well as BBQ facilities with a shaded dining and sitting area with a TV!

Internal Layout | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Adorned to the rafters with carefully collated art and filled to the brim with eccentric personality, Dimitrios Luxury Villa remedies the monotony of everyday life and reignites the artist within. An inviting living-cum area of 270 m2 & with a kitchen designed with chefs in mind and seven luxurious bedrooms for long, lazy lie-ins, here is a home which will whisk you away from routine and land you in Crete. The Villa features seven bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and four bathrooms, offering comfy spaces and easy access to all areas. It can accommodate up to 17 people ( 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms & 3 additional folding beds can be available upon request), making ideal for large groups of friends & families.

Ground Floor | On the ground floor of the Villa guests are welcomed at the first open plan living room & a fully equipped kitchen with dinning. Three of the bedrooms can be found on this floor, all with Queen Size double beds (1.60 x 2.00), air condition & TVs. Two bathrooms with shower cabins are located on the ground floor.

First Floor | On the first floor guests can enjoy a second living room with kitchen, a fireplace and an additional dinning room. The living room opens up to a balcony with rural views, equipped with patio furniture. Three more bedrooms are located on this floor. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed ( King Size 1.80 x 2.00), a walk-in dress closet & an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A double bedroom ( Queen Size 1.60 x 2.00) and a twin bedroom (Two Singles 0.90 x 2.00) are also available with all bedrooms offering balcony access. In addition, an extra bathroom with shower cabin can be found on this floor.

Second Floor | Leading up to the upper floor, guests will find a loft-type bedroom with a double bed ( Queen Size 1.60 x 2.00). Enriched with a large veranda, complimented with an outdoor whirlpool (which can also be filled with hot water) & a lounge area with rural countryside views awaits you to offer you ultimate relaxation, superb sunsets and memorable family moments.

Three more guests can be accommodated in folding beds if wished, located in either of the living room areas. All bedrooms feature high quality linen and offer ultimate comfort and relaxation. Air conditioning units serve heating purposes.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
