For those wishing to discover the island, Villa Dimitirios is situated in a strategic location, not far from tourist attractions and various activities including water sports, scuba diving and snorkelling!

Layout

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa Dimitrios guarantees that you will have many hours of relaxation and rest, fun at the pool and sunbathing under the hot greek sun! The lawn covered terrace features everything you could ask for! To start with, the villa offers an amazing swimming pool (1.4 meters deep), equipped with sun beds and parasols, awaits to offer you moments of coolness and carefree times! The lush garden is surrounded by trees and flowers, offering total privacy and tranquility, where you could enjoy a soothing massage, if you want to! In the garden guests can also find a ping pong table, a children’s playground and toys, a hammock, a garden swing, as well as BBQ facilities with a shaded dining and sitting area and a TV!

Interior

Villa Dimitrios has a living area of 270 m2 and it’s built in three levels. It features seven bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and four bathrooms, offering large spaces and easy access to all areas. It can accommodate up to 17 people, making ideal for large groups and families.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor of Villa Dimitrios guests will find the first living room, which is spacious and is connected with the fully equipped kitchen in an open plan area. The room also features a large dining area, unique for family gatherings and offers direct access to the pool and terrace, as well as the BBQ facilities, which makes it easier for you to prepare the family meals and try al fresco dining. Furthermore, three of the bedrooms of Villa Dimitrios can be found on this floor, all of which have double beds, are air conditioned and have TVs, one of which is very romantically decorated. Finally, two bathrooms with shower cabins are also located in the ground floor.

First Floor

On the first floor guests can help themselves to the second living room and kitchen of the Villa, with a wonderful fireplace and an additional luxurious dinning room. The living room opens up to a balcony with nice views, equipped with patio furniture, ideal for having your breakfast or read a book and gaze upon the country side! Three more bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. One more double and a twin bedroom are also available and all bedrooms offer balcony access. In addition, an extra bathroom with shower cabin can be found there.

Second Floor

Going up the staircase that leads to the upper floor, guests will find a loft-type bedroom with a double bed. To make things even better, a large veranda with an outdoor jacuzzi (which can also be filled with hot water), a sitting area and amazing view to the surrounding hills and clear blue sky awaits you to offer you unforgettable relaxation, superb sunsets and memorable family moments. Enjoy your evening drink and forget everything that troubles you!
