Lounge/kitchen: open-plan living space with TV with Sky package and woodburner (logs included). Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Conservatory/diner: with TV/DVD and Sky package. Outside: private enclosed decked garden area with garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ to the rear of the property, to the front of the property is a grassed area and decking with seating overlooking a small pond. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: complimentary cream tea and small breakfast pack of home produce provided on arrival. Fresh produce available to purchase from the owner including free range eggs, bacon and sausages. Freezer and tumble dryer located in utility shed outside. Secure storage available for bikes. Location: beach 7 miles, pub 2 miles and selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in Holsworthy 3 miles
