Sea & Sand Villa is located in a gated community located across the street from Panama City Beach and offers 11 pools, miniature golf, tennis courts, shuffle board and gym. Our villa faces one of the heated pool. All the community's amenities are included in the rental fee. So, this is a value added to your vacation. The villa is immaculately clean and tastefully furnished with quality furniture. Both bedrooms are furnished with premium quality queen sized beds. The unit has two televisions; one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home. The washer and dryer are full size units. The villa is stocked with fresh linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The master bedroom/ensuite includes a private balcony. On the lower level there is a screen porch, a gas grill, and a picnic table. Sea & Sand Villa is conveniently located to great restaurants, golf courses, fishing, Ship Wreck Island, and shopping. And let's not forget the BEACH, which is a short walk from the villa.You can also enjoy our private beach side pool, bar, and restaurant.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Yousef & Marcia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
