PANAMA CITY BEACH -- The Panama City Beach condominium resort Ocean Villa was recently named to the Expedia Insiders’ Select List for 2013, an annual ranking of the best-reviewed hotels in Expedia’s global marketplace.

Ocean Villa is one of Panama City Beach’s newest and best condominium developments, with oversized balconies overlooking beautiful white sand beaches and breathtaking views of the gulf, a large hot tub, two pools (one indoor/outdoor and the other large outdoor pool), steam room, exercise room and sauna, and seasonal beach services (such as parasailing, jet skiing and luxury beach chairs) available for a fee. Ocean Villa is in the heart of PCB, with dinning, shopping and other wonderful amenities within walking distance.

This new two bedroom/two bath unit is great for families, with an ultra-comfortable pillow-top queen bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the guest room. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two more. Upgrades abound with large 20” ceramic travertine tiles laid on diagonal in the entry, kitchen, main living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. A slate tile backsplash in the kitchen accentuates the granite countertops and a tiled knee-wall on the breakfast bar adds to this unit’s unique look. New stainless steel appliances.

The décor is contemporary and inviting, with a rich leather couch and loveseat in the family room and a raised dining table that offers gulf views to enhance your dining experience. Beautiful ceiling fans adorn both bedrooms and the family room, and unique fixtures are found throughout. The family room has a flat panel 48" LED TV with DVD/CD player. The master also has a TV/DVD/VCR combo and second bedroom has a flat panel TV with DVD player. Master bathroom has a walking shower with sliding glass door and the second bathroom has glass shower/tub doors.

Unique accessories and place settings complete this wonderful condo. We know you will enjoy it as we do. This is our second home and we hope you treat it with care so we all can enjoy for years to come! This is our second home and would like to keep it beautiful!
