This heritage building in the heart of the city was constructed in the 1800s. You can step out of the door and find yourself in the hubbub of this charming city. You are a minute away from Plaza Castillo, the famous square of the city, and around the corner from Plaza Consistorial where the San Fermin Chupinazo takes place. You are 100 meters away is Estafeta street, which is the ideal location for having a nice glass, or bottle, of wine and a bite to eat (pinchos), the perfect place to mingle with the community. Across the street is a beautiful bakery, and a early 20th century pharmacy which is worthy of a museum.

The apartment has two bedrooms of 10 square meters each (one bedroom with a double bed + one with 2 single beds), a 25 square meter living room with one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment comes with all of the necessary amenities: stove, microwave, washing machine, blender, vacuum cleaner, fridge, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses. The apartment comes with clean and fresh bedding, sheets and towels.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephanie (the owner) a message.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
