Casa Mia II is a spacious, luxury 'loft' style residence set in a secluded, walled courtyard with stunning views over one of Corsica's most famous beaches, Palombaggia near Porto Vecchio

Fully equipped with a double en suite bedroom and dressing area with a 1,60m bed our reviews say it all. You will not find a better situated vacation villa in this location than Casa Mia

Stylish simplicity and abundant light are the hallmarks of this recently completed designer home that beckons you to cross the threshold as you enter your new home. The main door overlooks a mid-level courtyard garden through a picture window; the accommodation includes :

Entry level :

- An entrance lobby with guest cloakroom & wc and built-in cupbpoards
- Staircase to the lower level
- A spacious living area with Travertino floors and wide sliding doors on to a wrap around terrace
with stainless steel railings and steps to the sunken courtyard
- A fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops and a walk-in utility area

- A travertino staircase descends into a dressing area, leading from which there is a shower room with a
bidet & wc
- An enormous bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, Travertino floors and wide sliding windows to a

As you mention, the road is a minor issue although one which we address each year by extending the paved road - the coming low season will see a further partial improvement until the remaining sections amounting to roughly 200 metres are completed by our little community. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike and Rita (the owner) a message.

If Mike and Rita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
