Nestled around lush agricultural fields 4 hours south of Mt. Denali, this recently renovated, lower-level apartment features a wildlife-themed interior ideal for friends or a family!

Boasting ceiling fans, beautiful wooden furnishings, and traditional interior décor, you'll instantly fall in love with this open-concept unit as you step on the tile flooring. Sink into one of the 2 plush leather sofas in the living room and watch your favorite show on the flat-screen cable Smart TV.

When your stomach starts to growl, make your way to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a bite to eat. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine fridge, and a Keurig coffee machine, the kitchen has everything you need for a fun time!

Enjoy a memorable family-style meal at the 5-person dining table or bring your culinary creation outside to the patio for an alfresco dining experience at the picnic table! The patio overlooks a maze of towering spruce trees and jaw-dropping views of the nearby mountain ranges.

Finish off the night by either watching a movie on the flat-screen satellite TV in the living room or have some old-fashioned family fun by playing one of the board games provided! Rinse off with complimentary soak shampoo and conditioner in one of the 2 pristine bathrooms before hitting the sack!

Whether you're looking for a great meal or to be a part of the celebrations around this big event, Anchorage is only a 46 mile trip from your door!

Downtown Palmer is an easy 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of local shops, grocery stores, and beautiful views of the Matanuska and Knik River. The town offers plenty of museums if you're interested in learning a bit about the history of Palmer including Palmer Museum of History & Art as well as the Colony House Museum.

Some other ideas for fun are driving just under 4 hours to the Denali State Park entrance, taking a helicopter ride around the base of Mt. Denali (the tallest peak in North America), or visiting the nearby reindeer and Musk Ox Farms! There is also a multitude of glaciers nearby for any nature enthusiasts.
