Description

The Cottage is the second addition to Rose Ridge Vacation Chalets. Located near our Chalet (which is also listed here on Flipkey), the Cottage features the same panoramic view south to the mountain ranges circling the Mat-Su Valley. On 10 wooded acres 7 miles from downtown Palmer at the base of Hatcher Pass State Recreation Area. Furnished with comfortable faux leather furniture and stainless steel appliances, this unit is open, spacious and bright. A patio with BBQ and eating area face the view. Landscaping with a shared Guest Fire Pit area with picnic table complete the setting.

Large bedrooms, one King Room and one Queen sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a tub/shower in the custom tiled bathroom and the living/kitchen area is open and ready for relaxing. The kitchen has all serving/cookware and most paper products. Coffee/tea, condiments and basic spices are stocked at the beginning of your stay.

Our location in the heart of Southcentral Alaska is perfect for this home base rental. You can explore in all directions from here to experience Alaska.

House rules

Quiet Hours are between 10 pm. and 6 am. House is to be left in a clean condition. Dishes in dishwasher and run. Management should only have to dust and clean the sheets. Sheets should be stripped. Towels in the washer. Any damage that occurs should be brought to the attention of the management as soon as possible so as to mitigate before the next guest arrives.

How do damage deposits work?
