Description

Villa in one of the most exclusive areas of Palma, just 8 minutes by car from the historic center of the city and just a few steps from the Bellver Castle Forest. Located in very quiet residential area, very close to 400 meters there is a small shopping center, where you can find a mercadona, coffee shops, bakery, etc

Very spacious and cozy villa, distributed over 3 floors. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, large living room with access to the pool, a single bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with access to the pool and the second floor, a bathroom, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Very easy parking. In addition its proximity with access to the highway, is perfect to explore the island of Mallorca. It is perfect for families or couples.

RULES

-Only accept families and couples over 30 years.

-We will request by email the Passport or Identity Card data of all guests of legal age.

-The Check-in is done by appointment between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. (we are flexible in case there is not an exit that day, upon request and subject to availability), for that reason, we request that at the time of confirming the reservation, we provide schedules and flight number of arrival and departure, the departure is at 10:00, if the departure is before 07:00 there is a surcharge of € 30 payment in cash.

-The day of arrival will be charged the Ecotasa in cash, consisting of € 2 per person per night. Children under 16 are exempt.

-Not allowed parties or events, or bring guests who do not belong to the reserve.

-Last day it is the responsibility of the guests to throw the garbage and leave the kitchenware clean, otherwise there will be a penalty of € 50.

- Arrivals past 23:00, cost 50 € direct payment on arrival day in cash.

-The Check-in is done by appointment between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. (we are flexible in case there is not an exit that day, upon request and subject to availability), for that reason, we request that At the time of confirming the reservation, please provide us with schedules and flight number of arrival and departure. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only on the terraces or gardens and use the ashtray.

- Bath towels can not be used in the pool or on the beach, nor can it be used to remove make-up.

- A responsible use of air conditioning is requested, turn it off when leaving the house and use it with the windows and doors closed.

-According to municipal ordinances, noise can not be made from 11:00 pm to 08:00 am, fines between 600 € and 6000 € and possibility of eviction of the property.
