Can Cadernera is a beautifully restored farmhouse, on the edge of Can Picafort (North of Mallorca). Can Picafort (only 3km far) is itself a small fishing village with a marina and a promenade of 2 km with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

This beautiful house is situated on a plot of 15.000 m2 with a living space of 140 m2 distributed on two floors, decorated to the smallest detail with quality furniture. Good taste, elegance and functionality are the main features of this charming house.

It has a capacity for 6 people. The ground floor has two bedrooms (each with a double bed of 1.50 m x 1.90 m) and two bathrooms (one on suite). The upper floor has a double bedroom (with two single beds of 1.00 m x 2.00 m), a private bathroom and a terrace from where one has a spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful natural area.

The house has air conditioning (hot / cold) and Wi-Fi.

The exterior of the house has a large terrace with a chill-out area with sofas. On the right side of the house there is a porch with a table and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy culinary delights outdoors.

The garden consists of a pool of 5.00 m x 8.00 m with a maximum depth of 1.50 m. It has several sunbeds and parasols where you can feel the absolute peace and can enjoy a spectacular view of nature and the mountains.

The outside area of the house is surrounded by gardened areas and the typical Mediterranean vegetation as fruit trees (olive, almond and carob trees).

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (water and gas). The power consumption is calculated at 0.25 € / KW.

Please note that the city tax is payable in cash to the owner.

A first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

Minimum stay in July and August: 7 nights

Arrival and departure day in July and August: Saturday
