The roof terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner and to enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea, also at the courtyard-patio on the ground floor level.

The house has all the commodities you can expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, hot/cold air-condition in all the rooms, baby cot available, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine etc...

The townhouse is located in a perfect area only 10 mins from the airport, 10 mins by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping streets and culture, you can cycle on the seafront promenade to the center of Palma, 15 mints away or to the closest local beaches of Portixol, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pastilla or Arenal. You will need a car only if you are planing to explore the Island. You will also find a variety of lovely bars for beautiful sunset views over the sea and for the best paellas, seafood and fresh fish restaurants are in this area, trendy bars and also typical Majorcan cuisine and international dishes.

The house is just minutes walk from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place for a swim. Perfect for all sorts of sport activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle, sailing, fishing, and much more from the small club Nautico of Molinar.

This is the perfect place for a family holiday or friends.

There are a variarety of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent kiosko, bakery…

also a gym with heated swimming pool tennis court and paddle is also close by.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating every body's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the apartment is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

-We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

-There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

-Prices are for this property in Euros.

-Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

-Bookings also taken for December through to March.

-Long winter rental prices on request.

Bookings are also possible to be taken for all year around, winter month rentals is possible.

We do not provide/offer any touristic services.

From July 1st 2016, The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable at the time of booking. For travellers over the age of 16 yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €1.10 per person per night.

You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in.

Additional amenities include: coffee maker, highchair, cot, fan / extractor, roofed patio/deck/terrace, patio/deck/terrace, kitchen utensils provided, shower, water kettle, smoking allowed outside, vitro ceramic, bathtub, bed linen provided, ironing board.
