Beautiful studio with private terrace and sea side views as well as views to the whole city. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and free wifi. The building has an elevator, a shared swmimimg pool and a shared gym for training and keeping yourself healthy.

There is a double bed for 2 people in the living room + one sofa bed for 2 more extra people. One renovated bathroom in the studio.

Located near the sea, Paseo Marítimo and Santa Catalina neighbourhood. Its location is perfect, close to the nautic area and the Real Club Nautico de Palma. Renovated and cozy.

The neighborhood of Santa Catalina: one of the liveliest and best restaurant areas in the city. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. Within 5 minutes walk you will reach the area of the Cathedral, the Old Town and the La Lonja, one of the best areas of Palma de Mallorca, very exclusive shops (Loewe, Nespresso, Purification Garcia, Chanel, Dior .. .), restaurants, museums, attractions. Enjoy the city
