DESCRIPTION:

In a building with lift (from the first floor), this fantastic penthouse of 60 square metres is distributed in two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen with a bar and a terrace. The 30-square-metre terrace overlooking the Cathedral offers amazing views. The terrace furniture consists of some chairs, a table, two reclining chairs and a shower to refresh yourself in summer. The floor of the terrace is made of a high-quality composite decking.

Entering the property, the 30-square-metre living room has modern sofas that can fit up to six people; apart from that, one of them is a sofa bed. Furthermore, there are a 46-inch high-definition flat screen TV and a DVD player. From the living room, it is possible to access the colossal terrace.

On the right, there is the kitchen perfectly furnished and equipped, which is integrated in the living room.

On the left, there is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two beds and a small wardrobe, while the other one has a double bed and an immense wardrobe. Besides, the bathroom is fully equipped with a vast shower.

EQUIPMENT

The flat is provided with an air conditioning system (hot and cold) in the living room. Moreover, some appliances can be found in the apartment, such as a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a glass ceramic stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hairdryer and an iron (and its ironing board). As part of the furnishings, tableware, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels and some cleaning supplies are included.

There is a flat screen TV and a fibre-optic broadband Wi-Fi connection (100 MB).

HOW TO MOVE AROUND

Due to the small size of the city and the perfect location of the flat to visit Palma on foot, it is not necessary to rent a vehicle, since you can use public transport to move to distant areas. Besides, there are bus and taxi stops in front of the flat, and the central station is less than 10 minutes away walking.

However, should you prefer to rent a car to visit the rest of the island, we can offer you a private car park with 24h security (it is subject to availability and it is not included in the price).

BASIC RULES:

We prefer respectful guests, who take a particularly care of the apartment; for this reason, a responsible use of the facilities is to be expected from the guests.

On the day of the guests’ departure, there cannot be left any food or rubbish behind in order to avoid any penalties.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

It is not allowed to smoke neither in the apartment nor in the building.

It is not allowed to use the towels outside the property.

Parties and loud music are prohibited.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS:

On the purpose of guaranteeing our guests a comfortable and safe stay, once the reservation is completed, a contract must be signed.

“Fantastic apartment, fantastic location”

We stayed here when temperatures hit 34! So aircon was essential. The apartment was more than we expected, bright and clean. The terrace was great, view of the Cathedral, but lovely and quiet. The location was perfect, two mins from sights, restaurants, bars & shops. Victor was very helpfull and professional. Could fault nothing, we'll be back.
