The best possible location in the very center of old Palma. The famous shopping street, Paseo de Borne with its designer shops, Jaime III with El Corte Ingles Department store are located within few minutes walk. Cafés and restaurants are just outside the door. This apartment is amongst the highest quality rental properties in Palma.

All the historical sites, palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants.

Palma's beaches are 15-20 minutes' walk away, where you can find beach clubs and restaurants.

Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Ruta Martiana" where close to the apartment the streets are alive with people moving from bar to bar sampling tapas and wine or beer.

The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Rental starts at 14:00 hours and finishes at 11:00 hours on the last day of the contract.

Refundable deposit required for any wilful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid at hand over the keys.
