This exclusive home is a haven set in the Mallorcan countryside in a quiet neighbourhood, providing the perfect holiday for all. The villa, set in 10,000 square metres of landscaped gardens, encompasses a combination of Majorcan architecture and modern technology, providing a comfortable lifestyle in luxurious, spacious surroundings.

Admire the breathtaking views across the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana Mountains whilst sunbathing by the infinity pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi (please note that neither are heated). You can also work out in the fully fitted gym, enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs living room or play table tennis outside on the terrace. Golf lovers will appreciate the prestigious Son Gual Golf course which is only down the road. Children will be delighted with their own custom built play area out in the garden. The chefs in your group will enjoy using the state of the art kitchen or the fully equipped barbecue area. Enjoy the amazing sunsets dining alfresco on the various terraces after having enjoyed a glass of wine in your own wine cellar.

It is located in a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes by car from the nearest beaches, restaurants, nightlife and Palma city centre.

PLEASE NOTE that these prices are for the main house only, with a maximum of 14 guests. It is possible to have a maximum of 16 in the house, by converting two bedrooms into triples, whereby there will be a surcharge of 300€ per person.

Price includes all towels and bedlinen, a welcome pack selection of tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid as well as hand soap and w/c rolls. Maid service once a week on rentals over 7 days. Cleaning: The property will be clean on arrival. For bookings over 7 days, fresh bed-linen and towels will be provided on request. A cleaning fee is included in the rental fee, which includes 30 hours of cleaning. If extra, in-depth cleaning is required on checkout day, then the extra hours will be charged at 20€. If guests require a cleaning service during their stay this can also be arranged, price 20€ per hour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natalia (the owner) a message.

If Natalia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
