Beautiful duplex penthouse in a quiet side street off the lively La Llonja area in the old town of Palma. 2 Double bedrooms, one with shower room ensuite, the other with separate shower room.

Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with high beamed ceilings, outside dining terrace leading from large double doors, a spiral staircase leads up to the sun terraces with amazing views of Palma's majestic cathedral.

Located on the third floor of the building (no lift) this apartment has been reformed to offer an extremely comfortable and atmospheric city centre lifestyle.

Step out of the door to the right and you are in the beautiful La Llonja square with its many tapas bars with outside seating. A few steps to the left and you are in the Borne, with designer shops and boutiques and all the historical buildings, for example the Cathedral, Almudaina Palace and Parc de la Mer.

Rental starts at 14:00 hours and finishes at 11:00 hours on the last day of the contract.
