A lovely modern 2 bed holiday caravan for hire with decking area.

Bought this holiday caravan to visit and entertain my grandchildren.

Sited on the award winning holiday park Beverley Bay, facilities include; Private setting to relax, swimming pool with sun terrace and bar, fabulous family entertainment with park pass!

Paignton is also great location for family fun days out and walking holidays.

Goodrington beach is the best place to paddle and rockpooling at lowtide. Splashdown Water is also here. (10 minute walk )

Paignton zoo is the towns famous attraction (5 minute journey by car).

My holiday home is clean, cosy and well equipped. Inside you will find a large comfortable lounge with free-view TV and dining area. A well equipped modern kitchen. Two bedrooms with drawer and wardrobe space share a walk in shower room. Bed linen is provided. All rooms are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and have gas central heating.

In the summer a furnished decking area with barbecue makes a great outdoor living space

There's lots of activities to keep the children happy! swimming pool, aqua jets, adventure playground, body zorbs, family football, pool table, sports field, teen virtual reality experience ( small fee ). Also indoor soft play at sister site ( 5 minute walk )

The South Devon coast offers some of the best walking in the UK. Best trails combine stunning coastal scenery, beautiful countryside attractive villages, and wildlife. Walking map and book at holiday home.

Another way to explore, starting from Paignton and Goodrington is by steam train, ferry and river cruise. Visit The Dartmouth Steam Train and River Boat Company website. Highlights the historical town of Dartmouth and the Dart Estuary

After a day of exploring unwind at the Oasis spa centre ( Sister site ) Facilities include: Indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym,

In evening relax at the Oceans bar. There's sports screenings and free WiFi is available.

Jetty lounge is a lovely place to eat and drink!

Enjoy live entertainment at the starlight bar ( quizzes, production shows, cabaret acts, disco karaoke, bingo, children shows ) 5 -10 minute walk.

Included in the rental rate is a park activities / entertainment pass ( includes sister park! ) Courtesy call by telephone.

Lovely caravan ,quiet situation,large decking with rattan furniture and parasol. Everything you need is in the van. Would recommend and will definitely book in the future.

Why can't I call Jenny and Rob (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny and Rob (the owner) a message.

If Jenny and Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
