“Excellent Family Holiday Home”

Reviewed 26 Aug 2014

We stayed at No.2 Braeside Mews for a week and found it to be an excellent family holiday home. Spacious and extremely well equipped it had everything a family could wish for. The location was ideal and the accomodation first class.

“A beautiful, spacious house in a great location”

Reviewed 28 Jul 2014

This was our second visit to this house as it was so lovely the first time! Sometimes when you go a year later, places seem to get a bit tired but the house had obviously been refreshed and looked just as good again. This is a gorgeous, spacious house with an excellent location near to the beach. There are great views from the 1st floor lounge. We traveled with young children, teenagers & grandparents. The bedrooms are spacious and the dining room & lounge excellent for a large family. The linen and towels provided were all good quality and condition and kitchen well-equipped. There is no garden, but the little patio area was great for the adults to sit out while the children had plenty of space on the shared drive which is safe to play on. The Sky TV & PS3 covered the teenagers! It is also only a few minutes walk to the park/beach/go-carts/swans etc. and Red Rocks bar.

“High quality residence, very comfortable with all mod-cons in an excellent position.”

Very beautiful house. Was a bit worried that the children would break/damage things but luckily they behaved! The house is a 2 minute walk to beach, park, Go-Karts, bumper boats and peddle boats on small lake. Also water park and steam train is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this house to groups of adults and families with older children. It's a bit difficult for small children as it has 3 floors with wide staircases and no stair gates. Also it doesn't have a garden although the shared drive in front is safe to play on.

“This accommodation lives up to expectation.”

Rented this house for a family celebration with eight guests consisting of three generations. It is very well appointed with a genuinely impressive sea view and only a few minutes walk from the beach, boating lake and other amenities. It is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped whatever the weather. Website photos and descriptions can be deceptive but in this case the reality lives up to expectation.
