From the owner

Our holiday home is a modern, well maintained and spacious Willerby Avonmore.

It is located on an amazing 5 star holiday park, in Pagham. Just 5-10 min walk to a pebble and sand beach with beach café and shop.

It has 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

There is a family bathroom and en-suite toilet from the Master bedroom.

The holiday home is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The opening doors in the living room give a lovely spacious feel, and there is outside space and we have provided a garden table and chairs for you to enjoy the lovely sunny days and evenings.

The living room is well equipped with a free standing dinner table, Freeview TV, DVD player, a PlayStation and games, a selection of family DVDs, toys, board games and books.

The kitchen has a full inventory of cutlery and crockery and a full size fridge and freezer

Our caravan is rated as "prestige"

Our rental price does do not include the Haven funwork passes (which are needed for use the Park's facilities) – these can be purchased directly from the Park.

Duvets and Pillows are provided, and bed linen can be hired at £15 for a complete set (1 x double duvet set, 4 x single duvet sets and pillowcases).

Located just 15 minutes from Chichester, 20 minutes from West Wittering, 30 minutes from Littlehampton, Arundel and Portsmouth, and 60 minutes from Brighton, there are lots of local activities and lovely places to visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
