Description

Located in the old part of Padstow, just 450 yards from the harbour, shops and restaurants. Driftwood Apartment has free, private, off road parking (a rarity in this part of Padstow).
Driftwood is a ground floor apartment with it's own entrance. Step down into the kitchen/dining/lounge area where there is a fully fitted kitchen with black granite worktops, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a dining table and chairs and a large sofa. Also in the lounge area is an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and iPod Dock.
The bedroom adjoins the lounge area and is separated by full height glazing and characterful solid oak columns made from Cornish oak. A glazed oak door leads into the bedroom where a king size four poster oak bed can be found. The en-suite bathroom leads off from the bedroom and has a full size bath as well as a separate shower enclosure.
There is free, superfast broadband wifi throughout.

“Short Break”

Grate location with parking very close to the center. Cottage is lovely with all you need. Would highly recommend it. We have stayed in many Cornish cottages over the years and have say this is up there as one of the better ones. Communication with the owner was really good. Very happy

As with previous stays in Driftwood the apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the extra touches ( strawberries , clotted cream and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge plus red roses on the table) that make the stay here so special. The location is great as it is a quiet tranquil setting but only five minutes walk from the harbour with all the restaurants shops and fantastic views which makes Driftwood an easy place in which to relax as much or as little as you want. We have stayed here a number of times now and will certainly be back again

Brilliant location, apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely welcome gifts on arrival even milk in fridge which was very thoughtful. Lovely rustic decor, can't recommend this accommodation enough, it was just perfect. Would definitely go back

“Superb cottage in a perfect location”

This was our second stay in Driftwood. However, our first since it became self catering. The accommodation has been very beautifully adapted to incorporate a fully functioning kitchen, that has everything you will need, and more besides. Neil has made the perfect holiday cottage for a couple to enjoy. The location, and the ease of walking into Padstow is perfect. Just wander through the beautiful church yard opposite and follow the pathway down into the harbour. We never tired of this walk no matter what the weather was like. You can also enjoy the Deer park at Prideaux Place which is a stone throw behind the cottage, it is well worth seeing. All in all the perfect cottage, and the fact that it comes with a guaranteed car parking space in Padstow is the icing on the cake.

How do damage deposits work?
