From the owner

Welcome to Kaya Kwanga – a beautiful villa set in tranquil countryside near the village of Paderne. A perfect place to relax, escape from the bustle of the towns and just 'chill out'. This Villa is totally private - it is located at the end of a country road so there is no passing traffic at all. We also own the plot of land next to us so the total grounds are about 3000m2. The grounds are filled with olive, orange and almond trees and grape vines.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room downstairs. There is also the lounge with patio doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen and dining room are also located on the ground floor. The dining room has sliding doors opening onto the downstairs deck - the perfect place for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need .

Upstairs there is a bar with sliding doors onto the terrace which is perfect for sun downers and a BBQ! There is a big bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. Adjoining the bedroom is the study which has a sofa bed and is perfect for small children. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. There is WiFi always available. We also have all the UK TV channels on TV and many many other channels.

The grounds are about 3000m2 and we are not surrounded by other houses - we are completely in the countryside. The swimming pool is 7 meters by 3 meters. The deep end is 1.7 meters and the shallow end is 1 meter. We own the plot of land next door and we have put a small shaded area there for just chilling! We are just surronded by the Algarve Hills. The only noise pollution is the bells of the sheep that occasionally pass by.

The main attraction is the total privacy the villa has.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephanie (the owner) a message.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
