Come enjoy a wonderful getaway in Pacific Grove, nestled on the Monterey Peninsula between Monterey and Carmel, in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. This craftsman style house provides the feel of history with all the modern comforts. The home was remodeled and refurnished in 2012.

The location of the property puts you close to everything and is a short walk down the hill to the ocean and Lover's Point, restaurants and shopping on Lighthouse Avenue. This Pacific Grove property is centrally located and is a short car ride to Carmel, Pebble Beach, golf and magnificent sightseeing along 17 Mile Drive.

The kitchen offers modern amenities, with new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking ware. The living room features a blue-tooth speaker, large flat screen television and wireless internet throughout the house. A pull-out couch in the living room extends the sleeping space to a total of 6.

The master bedroom is a private upstairs retreat with a memory-foam king bed, Tempur-Pedic pillows and a spacious walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a semi private bath and a queen bed.

Visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium with two guest passes provided for free during your stay. Take a walk along the ocean or hike through the Del Monte Forest. Come back to the house for a relaxing time on the back patio. Enjoy barbecuing and an evening fire in the fire pit while in the back yard. Boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and ice chests are at the house for beach activity.

To make a reservation, a 25% deposit is required. The balance (non-refundable) plus security deposit are due one week before arrival. All major credit cards are accepted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brad (the owner) a message.

If Brad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
