The apartments are built to high standards offering modern, contemporary furnishings including wooden floors and underfloor heating to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartments are fully furnished and have free wi-fi access. The kitchens are modern with all appliances and equipment necessary if you wish to self cater. The ground floor 1 bedroom apartment has a luxurious 6' bed and quality, white linen and towels are all provided.
On arrival in your apartment you will find milk together with a stock of condiments such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. A welcome pack of household items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing powder and toilet rolls are all provided for your use.

The nearest shops have local supermarkets, newsagents, banks and cash points, a post office, chemist and a range of take aways. Larger superstores are a short drive around the City ring road.
The City centre is a 10 minute drive and is easily accessed by car, bus, taxi, cycle or walking. A regular bus service starting from Oxford Brookes Harcourt Hill Campus, 300m walk away, gives direct access to Oxford Railway Station, Said Business School, the City centre shops, the University of Oxford and all the Colleges, museums and parks. This route also connects with the buses if you wish to visit Bicester Village, London, Heathrow and Gatwick.
Award winning gastro pubs are in easy walking and driving distance around the outskirts of Oxford as well as a wide range of well known restaurants within the City centre.
Oxford Brookes University has a sports centre open to the public within walking distance at their Harcourt Hill Campus offering a range of sports such as golf, tennis, squash, swimming and a gym.

The ground floor apartment has access to a patio area with seating. Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area fitted with leather settee, flat screen tv and blu ray player and contemporary glass dining table. Separate double bedroom with a 6' bed and ensuite shower room with heated towel rail.
There is oak wood flooring throughout with underfloor heating. The kitchen is fitted with bright, modern contemporary units and quality appliances such as a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Quality white crockery, glassware and all utensils are provided.
Situated in a private road the area is very quiet surrounded by countryside walks, a golf course and fields yet with immediate access to the main ring road of oxford and a 10 minute bus journey to the centre.
Both apartments have their own private entrance and hall but as they are attached to the owner's house we are available at all times should you need us.

“Great people & well laid out place”
Excellent place to stay with friendly and really helpful people. Lovely touches like the welcoming flowers & basic supplies in the kitchen. Really appreciated the lift to the railway so we could get there in time with our heavy bags r a ther than going by bus. Close bus trip or easy 30 minute walk into Oxford.

“Couldn't ask for a nicer place.”
Far enough from the city centre to be quiet and private, but close enough to get a good walk. Busses are convenient, clean and plentiful. The apartment is spotless and light. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. In short, everything is perfect and the price is reasonable.

“Lovely apartment in quiet location”
Perfectly situated 10 mins. outside Oxford centre by car. High quality accommodation, lovely large comfortable bed. Nice touch to have fresh flowers on table and milk in fridge on arrival. Lovely little garden area to sit in which was private. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a visit to Oxford. We visited Blenheim Palace which was about 20 mins drive away. Excellent parking right outside apartment. Would hope to return for another visit in the future.
“Truly wonderful apartment to stay in within walking distance of Oxford”
Our recent stay in this lovely apartment was truly wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, well decorated and contains everything you would need. All is to the highest standard. We had gorgeous weather and to be able to sit and eat outside was very much appreciated. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area but is still within walking distance of Oxford. We hope to return one day for another lovely stay!

This is our second visit to this apartment, the owner Amanda is always so welcoming and always makes time to pop by and say hello to her guests. The apartment is fully equipped, kettle, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with oven, pots and pans and all utensils and cleaning equipment, you name it. The apartment is always extremely clean and spotless and the location is very nice and peace full. The apartment also offers some cooking or food items as a complementary gift, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, oils, salt, pepper and she always leaves a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge for the guests, also there's always some toiletries in the apartment just in case you forget your own. They really do make every possible stop to impress the guests. All in all 5* experience and will definitely recommend for people interested in the apartment.

“NICE spacias. apartment”
This is great apartment with everything you need. I feel a car is needed to visit various places but use a bus for Oxford, which the bus stop onle a 10 min walk away. John and Amanda was very friendly. If returning to Oxford area again I would stay their again.

“Beautiful apartment but be aware of the location.”
This apartment is lovely but the location is both good and bad. It is off the beaten path. No way to easily get to Oxford except by rental car, taxi or bus. Groceries? Do you want to carry them on the bus or call a taxi? The grocery store isn't within walking distance. The apartment is on the almost top of a hill. It is nice and quiet though, that's the good. Oxford can be crazy busy.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send AMANDA (the owner) a message.
If AMANDA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
