Spend summer days swimming, sunbathing, and cruising the water's surface on your boat or kayak. This can all be yours when staying at this luxury destination!

Upon your arrival, you’ll be swept away by the exceptional views as you enter this gorgeous lakeside retreat. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows greet you with a picturesque view of Seneca Lake from almost every room. Your worries sail away as you decompress in the well-decorated interior featuring quality furnishings and appliances, berber carpeting and beautiful hardwood floors, laundry room, built-in wine cooler, and wet bar to mention a few.

Settle into your vacation on the living room’s plush furnishings enjoying the lake view, watching a movie or unwind listening to your favorite music on the in-house BOSE stereo system through the Bluetooth SONOS receiver. You’ll enjoy the ease of communicating with other guests in the open-concept layout., whether you are relaxing in front of the gas stone fireplace or snacking on hors d'oeuvres at the 4 seat kitchen bar.

Venture out onto the expansive back deck to truly take in the magnificent view. Here, you’ll relish quality time spent dining on the outdoor tables, cooking out on the charcoal grill, or sipping morning coffee as ducks swim and herons, eagles or an osprey flies by on the beautiful lake. Follow the gently sloping grassy path down to the 200-foot private beach. Days will be spent sunbathing on your private dock and nights roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

Back inside, the chef can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Up-to-date appliances and ample granite tile counter tops make home-cooking a breeze. Once the meal is ready, dine with a spectacular lake vista at the 8-person dining table. Finish the day off with a movie on the large flat-screen TV or have a drink at the wet bar in the downstairs family room.

Retreat to the comfort of the master suite featuring a plush king sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a six-head shower. A spiral staircase off the living room leads to a cozy sleeping loft overlooking the lake with two additional twin beds as sleeping space. The walkout lower level features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and gorgeous views of the lake. A family room with a large flat-screen TV and wet bar for movie night separates this bedroom from another lake view room furnished with a queen bed, desk and reading nook. Guests will be sharing a charming full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.


Wake up every morning to this extraordinary 200-foot private natural lakefront! Follow the gently sloping path leading down to the private dock with a ladder, mooring ball and boat whips for your boat, or dock it at nearby Sampson State Park marina. Boats, kayaks, or canoes can be rented at other area marinas. Swimming is a family affair with the gradual water depth reaching only 4 to 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. Enjoy evenings star gazing or roasting marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit.

Take a relaxing walk along Sampson State Park’s Lakeside Trail. You need only to walk or bike a few houses down to the end of the quiet paved dead-end road.
