Description

Pine Lodge situated in a rural location on the edge of Lathkill Dale between the villages of Over Haddon and Monyash, both with pubs serving lunches and evening meals. Both villages have a tearoom open in the daytime.

The lodge is open plan with kitchen,dining and lounge areas, 2 separate bedrooms a small bathroom with shower. There is an outside table and a barbecue in summer.

The accommodation is suitable for families and couples.

Getting around

A car is more or less essential, however if you are a keen walker or cyclist you may enjoy the location. There are some buses between Bakewell and Monyash and taxis are available but must be booked in advance.

Interaction with guest

Our family live at the location so there is usually someone available to answer any queries and help with advice on restaurants, walks and things to do in the area. The nearest shops are in Bakewell a 10 minute drive or an hour walk away, please make sure you bring all that you need with you.

Amazing lodge equipped with everything needed for the stay and very clean And tidy fresh bedding and towels. Nice and cosy stay and WiFi included and complementary tray with tea.coffee,sugar and chocolates on. I also took my dog that loved the place gates to keep dogs in.

This lodge is clean, well maintained,very roomy & cosy. It is in perfect surroundings for walking the beautiful countryside with stunning views. This lodge is the ideal place to stay for a short break. The owners are very pleasant & the biscuits on arrival were a very nice gesture. We will be here again!!!

How do damage deposits work?
