This Mountain View Luxury Holiday Villa is situated in the holiday resort of Ovacik Turkey and is available for holiday rentals throughout the year. The villa is new for 2009 and is fully fitted to the highest standard including air conditioning, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and bathrooms. The open plan lounge diner has satellite TV and a DVD player . The master bedroom is en-suite with a stunning sunset balcony.

The villa is set around a large communal pool. There's a smaller children's pool and a sunbathing area complete with sunloungers and parasols. Villa no 4 is part of a 16 villa complex. The villa itself is detached with an outdoor dining terrace and parking space and enjoys the benefits of being part of a complex including maintenance and security.

Downstairs boasts a spacious open plan lounge diner and a high quality fully fitted kitchen which has plenty of work tops and an abundance of cupboards. Facilities include a free standing fridge/freezer, integrated oven and hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. All crockery and cutlery are provided.

The Lounge has 2 spacious sofa’s, coffee table, Satellite TV with DVD, and the main indoor dining area seats 6. The 2 large patio doors lead straight out to the Villa’s own patio terrace, where you will find the outdoor dining area that seats up to 8. The pool is just a splash away!

Upstairs there are 2 large twin rooms with a shared main bathroom with shower. The spacious master bedroom is en suite. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, windows and balconies with great views.
The master bedroom balcony looks out over the pool, with fabulous sunset views over the Ovacik valley and surrounding mountains. Bedding, linen and towels are provided.

The bedrooms and the lounge/dining room all have air conditioning and the floors and worktops are constructed with high quality marble and granite. The villa décor is modern and light.

All of the above combine to create a holiday villa that is home from home.

Why can't I call Paul (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
