From the owner

A large 3 bed detached villa with itsown private infinity pool, set in own garden with views of the mountains, surrounding the property. Villa Connor is situated in Ovacik within short walking distance of Hisaronu town. Olu Deniz Beach is a short journey away with panoramic views and a choice of famous lagoon or beach. Villa Connor has 3 bedrooms upstairs; 2 are doubles, 1 is a twin, there is also a travel cot. Upstairs there is a main bathroom and an en-suit e and the third bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for home from home. There are 2 sofas in the living room with the 3 seater sofa. There is air conditioning fitted in all of the bedrooms but there is a nice breeze due to where the villa is situated. For large groups we have friend that also have a villa 2 doors away.

Daily pool and garden maintenance and a cleaner comes in once a week with clean sheets and towels.

Play Station 2 and Wii with a mixture of games to suit all ages as well as many DVDs for all age groups. The TV is used for these as well as having 20 English channels with news, films and USA shows.There is a stero with CD player and IPod docking station but only a few CDs are provided.An alarm is fitted on the Villa.

There is a wifi unit that can be topped up at the local supermarket. You will have access to a Managing Agent if anything is wrong as well as our mobile numbers. Keys will be given when our taxi driver meets you at the airport. On average transfers are about £40 each way. Should you make your own way to the Villa the Managing Agent will have keys. In daytime you can collect from their office and out of hours or if you wish them to meet you at the Villa there will be a charge for their time which will be payable by yourselves. The call out charge for in normal day Monday to Friday is £20 per hour, out of Office hours is £30 from 7pm to 12am and £40 from 12am to 8am. Sunday's charged at £40 per hour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
