Built by the award winning Orka properties.. Our guests have free use of the amenities and entertainment at the Orka hotel and the Orka park complex. They also provide a free shuttle bus service to and from the Orka hotel. This runs from the new Orka park complex at the end of our road.For extra security we have a safe, Burglar/Intruder alarm and extra security bolts to patio doors. Located in a quiet residential area in the hills at Ovacik, yet close to the thriving family resort of Hisaronu, Sunset view Villa is one of three of the award winning Orka Homes new contemporary villa design style , and is a superb and stunning luxury three bedrooms detached property built on 3 levels , with lovely views including the mountain which forms a dramatic backdrop to the back, and the sea at Olu Deniz can be seen from the front, Views across the valley, to mountains in front, and pine tree woods behind. This stylish and elegant villa also benefits from being in close proximity to the outstanding beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz considered to be the best coastal area in Turkey,and the ancient fishing port of Fethiye, The large private pool is located just a few metres from the house, separated by a lovely terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine and alfresco meals, to compliment this there is an outside BBQ. Surrounding the pool and terrace is a pleasantly appointed secluded and private garden filled with Palm, Citrus Trees, flowering shrubs and plants enclosed by a pretty traditional Turkish stone wall. Fantastic views from the patio of the Sunset as the sun drops below the distant mountains right in front of you, perfect with a Gin & Tonic 'sun-downer'!The Villa is close to all amenities and ideally located for the many excursions and walks, the Lycian Way being the most famous. The main road to Olu Deniz and Fethiye, Ataturk Cd, is close by, providing good access to Olu Deniz, Fethiye and the night life of the Hisaronu 'strip'.Transfers available £85 return from Dalaman airport, up to 6 people.Travel cot available to hire for £15 per week, take your own linen/covers. Local taxis are available virtually 24 hours and the local dolmus (mini bus) every 10 mins - early until late! - check local last return times.There is a taxi call point on the lamp post in front of the villa, just push the button and a taxi will arrive in a few minuets. Sorry smokers, but NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the villa. As the villa is in the hills, it may not be suitable for people with impaired mobility who may want to go to the village, unless you hire a car, there are also steps from the road to the garden, and steps up to the main entrance.

Management on hand 24 hours, and speak good English. The price also includes a change of towels and bed linen every 4 days, they also do a light tidy up and sweep round. Sorry no bookings accepted from stag or hen parties.

All bedrooms have an En suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. The 2 single bed room has a bath with shower over. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. We have a flat-screen 32" TV mounted on the wall, with Free WiFi and an IP box that's connected to the internet and gives live British TV & Radio. The main bedroom has a king size bed. The bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.Full professional intruder alarm. Travel cot available, note we do not provide any bed linen for it. All rooms have air-con.

Villa has a well maintained large swimming pool, patio table and 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and BBQ. The WiFi also works all around the garden. New for 2014 Professional intruder alarm system. All guests can also enjoy the facilities of the 4 star Orka hotel in Ovacik, and the new Orka park development at the end of our road. A shuttle bus runs from the new Orka park complex, a few mins walk from our villa, to the hotel .The hotels facilities include:Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slides Turkish bath Fitness centre Internet access Bars and restaurants Children's mini club Themed nights such as the traditional Turkish night with belly dancers and BBQ. Orka also run a free shuttle bus between the Orka Park and the Orka hotel.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
