From the owner

Stunning brand new 4 bedroom Villa with mountain views,10 min walk from Hisarano with private pool and private gardens, finished to a very high standard. Marble floors throughout.
The villa consists of 3 floors.
Ground floor - Lounge, kitchen/dining room and cloak room/ toilet
With flat screen television, satellite, DVD/CD player, WIFI> The lounge and kitchen both have patio doors which lead on the patio which leads to private garden and pool and BBQ
The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and water machine
1st floor - 2 bedrooms with en-suite, the main bedroom has a bath which becomes a Jacuzzi
3rd floor- 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and one with 2 single beds) and family bathroom
The villas sleep up to 8 people. It can sleep 10 by using settee's downstairs.
All the bedrooms are fully furnished and all with air conditioning. They all have their own private roof terrace

We offer a welcome pack which includes coffee, milk, Sugar, red or white wine, Bread Butter and cereal as an extra

We can arrange transfers and a car dropped to your door at a very good price.


The local shop will deliver to the villa from 7 30 am to 11 pm all you have to do is phone them give them a code which is for dream villas and they will deliver within 10 mins

Many shops and fast food places also offer free delivery, all details are here when you arrive

There is also a Turkish mobile phone for your use, we leave so much credit once its gone we ask if you can replace it for next clients as it is for emergencies as well. The phone will be checked for credit on departure.There is a fair use policy regarding electric/water and phone

Why can't I call Helen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
