Description

Please take a few minutes to read this information as we guide you through this luxury villa and its location. The villa is situated with direct access to the shared Olympic sized swimming pool with sun deck and bathing areas.

The Villa is sited in a complex of 16 luxury villas and has private parking space. The villa offers a tranquil setting and is surrounded by spectacular views of the Babadag Mountains. The Villa also offers permanent WiFi free of charge.

Ovacik is a village very close to Hisaronu and Olu Deniz on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey. The fantastic beach resort of Olu Deniz is very easily reached, just a short taxi ride or dolmus (bus) journey away. Hisaronu is a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride or dolmus. Fethiye and the beautiful Fethiye Marina, along with designer shopping outlets and numerous bars and restaurants is located in the opposite direction, again easily reached by taxi or dolmus. It is also only a short walk in the direction of Fethiye to the water park.

The complex of villas are located behind the 4**** Orka Hotel on the main road in Ovacik, which is just a few minutes' walk away, approximately 500 metres. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets on this main road, all the way to the lively town of Hisaronu.

Guests staying at our villa are welcome to use the facilities and amenities at the 4**** Orka Hotel. These include; Turkish bath, Restaurants & snack bar, evening entertainment and theme nights, bars and poolside bars, 3 swimming pools (1 with waterslide, and 1 indoor), Children's club and fitness centre. (There may be an additional charge for some of the facilities and amenities)

The Villa details are as follows:

•Ground Floor.

•On entering the villa complex you are greeted with a large gated front patio area leading to the front door, with adjacent parking space for vehicle.

•The front entrance door leads to the spacious open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge, bathroom, understairs cupboard and staircase to first floor. All rooms and areas are tastefully decorated with air conditioning and all finished with marble flooring.

•The small bathroom is fully ceramic tiled with WC, sink unit with marble work top, power shower, vanity mirror and furniture and bathroom linen.

•The kitchen is fully fitted with ample cupboard and worktop space, full size cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and drainer, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, linen, etc.

•The Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with ample space for dining at the table with six chairs.

•The under stairs cupboard gives access to the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

•The lounge area is furnished with suede sofa / sofa bed. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and free view box so you don't miss all of your favourite programmes when away from home. From the lounge area you access the side patio area, and rear patio area, through patio doors, both patio areas are very spacious. The rear patio area has a table and six chairs, it is ideal for relaxing and chilling beside the pool and for alfresco dining, where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views & sunsets. There is a portable barbecue located to the side patio for your use also. There is free use of sun loungers which may be placed directly outside the villa next to the pool.

•The marble staircase to the first floor is located at the front of the villa.

•First Floor.

•The staircase leads up to the landing where the main bathroom is located. The bedrooms are also accessed from the landing. All rooms on the first floor are tastefully decorated and all finished with marble flooring.

•The main bathroom is fully ceramic tiled with WC, sink unit and marble work top, power shower, vanity mirror, furniture and bathroom linen.

•Bedroom 1 is the large master bedroom, it is located at the rear of the villa. It is fitted with air conditioning unit, large double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bed side tables, etc and all bedroom linen. There is also a hair dryer in the dressing table for you use. The large balcony area is accessed through the patio doors; this balcony area looks directly over the swimming pool and gives stunning views of the Babadag Mountains.

•En-Suite to Bedroom 1 which is fully ceramic tiled with WC, sink unit and marble work top, power shower, vanity mirror, furniture and bathroom linen.

•Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the villa. It is fitted with air conditioning unit, two single beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside furniture and bedroom linen. This bedroom gives access to three small Juliet balconies, one to the front of the villa and the others to each side of the villa.

•Bedroom 3 is located to the side of the villa. It is fitted with air conditioning unit, two single beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside furniture and bedroom linen. This bedroom gives access to a small balcony area.

•Externally the villa is traditionally finished in stone and render with UPVC windows and doors, with a lush green lawn, plants and shrubbery and ample space between neighbours villas. The patio area to the rear of the villa is just a few steps away from the swimming pool.

Getting around

Car Hire is the best way to get around to see the sights, I can arrange car hire for you should you wish at a very competitive rate, however if driving abroad is not your thing then the Dolmus (Bus) is good way to get around. Taxis are also numerous with the convenience of a taxi call button on telegraph pole just outside the villa complex entrance.

Interaction with guest

Most renters generally don't need to contact me directly whilst staying in the villa, as any problems or issues are generally dealt with by the Orka hotel Villa owners after sales department swiftly. However should you feel that an issue or problem isnt being dealt with sufficiently you may contact me directly and i will contact the Orka hotel maintenance or housekeeping teams and get the issues or problems resolved. The booking started with brilliant communication with the owner, very prompt replies and extremely helpful all the way to going on holiday. The villa is spacious with all the necessary amenities and in a brilliant location. Would 100% recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
