A New View Vacation Rentals offers a quiet, quaint setting on Main Street in the heart of all the activities, shopping, and dining Ouray has to offer. Everything is within walking distance, so park the car and forget about it. Our one bedroom one bath suites are newly renovated and come equipped with high end, full size slate and stainless steel appliances. From breakfast to dinner, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. A queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the sitting area allow us to accommodate up to four people. Enter the bathroom from either the living area or the bedroom and enjoy a custom vanity and walk in tiled shower.

Enjoy your dinner on the backyard patio and end your evening with star gazing and listening to the soothing sounds of the Cascade Falls.

For your comfort, relax in the individually controlled central air conditioning, and for your entertainment we provide satellite high definition televisions and free WIFI.

We have three units identical to this one. If the calendar shows this unit to be occupied on the dates you are requesting, please be sure to check our other two units for availability. If a studio/kitchenette with two queen beds better suits your needs, please visit the description for that unit.

The place was very easy to find and very easy to get into even with the host being out of town. It was very clean and nice. My only complaints would be the WiFi was so spotty it was almost useless. And the bed was quite hard. Everything else met or exceeded expectations

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dan (the owner) a message.

If Dan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
