Casa Julio is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa, with a lovely private swimming pool, located in the heart of Albufeira town, only 4 minutes walk from the main part of the strip in the New town where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, nightclubs and night-life. Although very close to the strip it is in-between the new town and the old town, making it accessible if you which to visit both areas. Oura's sandy beach is a 6 minute walk where you can enjoy and relaxing on the sandy beach, dipping into the sea where there are plenty of water sports on offer. With many bars, cafés and restaurants looking onto the sea to easily cater for all.

Casa Julio is a newly fitted villa, with all furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen with integrated appliances new for the 2013 season. It has air conditioning in the living room, and all bedrooms with a neutral light cream porcelain tile throughout the villa.


As you enter the gate to the villa which is located on a quiet, private corner plot you will access the spacious grounds to the villa with a parking area on immediate entry. To the right is the main front door with the private south facing swimming pool receiving direct sunlight throughout the day with sun loungers, built in BBQ and outside dining area surrounding the pool to provide an excellent entertaining space. The villa is fully fenced off for privacy and security.

As you enter the villa through the main door you are met by the central hallway with bedroom 1 directly off to the left, as you go past bedroom 1 the open plan kitchen living room is to the right.

As you continue past the door to the living room bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are accessed with the main communal bathroom centrally located beside bedrooms 2 and 3.

All the accommodation is located on ground floor level which makes it ideal for those with children and people with disabilities. All windows and doors have metal bars for extra security with a safe located inside the villa.

The Living room, internal dining area and kitchen are all open plan with 2 large glass sliding doors looking out onto the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob with granite worktop.

The sitting room enjoys a spacious sitting area to accommodate 10 people comfortably with the breakfast area beside the fully integrated kitchen. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen. The open plan living area has air conditioning, digital television, coffee table and 3 sofas.

The configuration of the bedrooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Located beside the main entrance to the villa with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, beside table, dressing table and large en suite shower room. With air conditioning

Bedroom 2: Located beside the living room and main bathroom, with fitted wardrobes, bedside table, double bed, and dressing table with mirror. There is a hair dryer located in one of the drawers. With air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Located beside bedroom 2 and 4 and directly outside the main bathroom. With twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: Located at the end of the hallway with fitted wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, en suite shower facilities, a double bed and single bed.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

All furnishing have been finished to a high modern standard.

Outside the villa the private pool is approximately 8x4m with mosaic tiles. The 10 sun loungers surround the pool with the outside dining area shaded just outside the sliding doors of the living room and looking onto the pool.

There is a pool table at the side of the villa which looks onto the swimming pool. The BBQ is located outside next to the door to the kitchen for ease of access to supply and serve food next to the swimming pool.


We can provide you with a wifi dongle, will just require a £50 deposit which will be returned when the unit is handed back.

The dongle will be able to connect multiple devices through a wifi signal at the same time.

Once the dongle is setup and a wifi signal is received on your device, you just need to log in the password, and you will be redirected the internet service providers webpage and prompted to make a payment for credit.(€1 per 1 hour used) it only charges you when the unit is left on, once you turn the unit off it stores your remaining credit.

Excellent location, lots of sunloungers around the pool, plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms! The sofas are a little dated, but other than that its a fab place to stay! Lemon and orange trees in the garden were lovely!

The villa was clean and comfortable, perfectly located to access the main strip and the old town. It had all of the mod cons you would expect and really was like a hole from home. What did stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the moment we landed. Our hosts went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure that we all had the best holiday we could have. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt looked after. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this company (even if this particular villa doesn't suit your needs) without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My Family and myself stayed at Casa Julio for 10 nights, there were 8 adults and 4 children. Location is great, opposite Charlies bar that does lovely homemade food. Beach is lovely, approx a 20 minute walk away. All the Kids 11yrs, 6yrs, 6yrs and 1yr old loved the pool. Lots of fun can be had. It is nice and private It was great having the dishwasher, washing machine etc. Fully air conditioned which is FAB .. 3 bathrooms so no queues. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. We found the Strip to be mainly geared towards the young 'clubbers'.. Old Town is for all and only a 5 euro taxi drive away.. You can get Happy hour Large beers for 2 euros.. Breakfast is approx. 5.50 euros for small breakfast, 8.50 euros for mega (2 of everything).. A meal out for 2 Adults, 2 children with 1 drink each works out approx. 50 euros.. The only thing that we feel could be improved is the garden maintenance as the gardens are all dried up and not watered so leaves are constantly in the pool. Also for the price paid (£260 p/n) we feel there should of been some housekeeping during a 10 night stay. When I enquired whilst there (day 4) I was told that it is only provided for a 2 week stay, although someone did come out and change beds the day after I emailed. That being said I would still recommend the Villa for groups and Families and wouldnt rule out visiting Albufeira again some day ..

We went on this holiday with our family and grandchildren aged 15,10 and 18 months, we really loved the Villa it has a lovely pool and patio area and is really clean and well equipped plenty of towels,crockery and cutlery with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.The only problem we had was that it could be noisy being close to a bar,but we knew this before we booked.I would definitely book the Villa again and the rest of the family said the same,everything is in walking distance so we didn't need to use taxis or buses to get around.We arranged the airport transfers when we booked our holiday and everything went smoothly can't wait to come back again.

We where a party of 10 who traveled to Casa Julio villa for a graduation celebration, very straight forward check in with Miguel there to make everything ran smoothly, this was an ideal place to spend relaxing at the pool during the day and just a short walk to the strip, where there are plenty of eateries and all kinds of food to choose from, this area was suitable for all age, it maybe very busy af the height of the season but I would defiantly recommend this villa plenty of room with good amenities and would be a great very reasonably priced villa for s family and about 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Myself and a few girls went here for a Hen Party. The Villa was beautiful inside and out and was everything we needed. Jim, the property along with the housekeeper Miguel were fantastic. We will definitely be back, as a group, family holiday or any excuse to get returning. Definitely recommend this villa and these guys made everything that bit less stressful helping with airport transfers to and from the villa. Brilliant service, location and villa! *****

This villa was amazing for a group of 12 girls celebrating finishing school. The location was absolutely perfect - less than 5 minutes to the strip and supermarket. As other reviews have said the Strip is noisy in the early hours - so I would not recommend to families with young children, but it didn't seem to bother us. The villa had everything we needed - however was better suited to 10 rather than 12, as we had to use the sofa bed which reduced space in the living room, and there were only 10 sun loungers. Overall, we had very few complaints for the price - I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Albuferia!
