Il parco e la riservatezza degli ambienti rendono la Tenuta Belvedere un luogo ideale per famiglie con bambini, che potranno correre a contatto con la natura e gruppi di amici, che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza insieme non rinunciando ognuno alla propria indipendenza.

Gli ambienti sono ampi e pieni di luce dove le mura e le camere seguono il passo delle stagioni, l'alternarsi delle fioriture.
Se all'interno delle case domina un'atmosfera vecchio Salento la Puglia riprende il sopravvento all'esterno con cipressi, allori, bouganvilee, limoni, gelsomini e cespugli fioriti. Dato che la residenza sarebbe stat vissuta durante l'estate è stat privilegiata la vita all'aperto realizzando pergolati e gazebi concepiti come momenti da godere in assoluta tranquillità. Un grande patio si apre come una finestra sul panorama circostante.
