This Lovely 3 bed 8 berth deluxe caravan has a spacious layout making it very comfortable for up to 8 people, 1 double room 2 twin single bedroom with Also a lounge has a pullout double, with large open windows it keeps cool in the summer, it also benefits from electric radiators throughout all bedrooms rooms making it lovely and toasty all year round. We will have the bed made ready for you on arrival

The bathroom benefits from a shower, a great way to cool off and cleaning them sandy toes after a day at the beach

The lounge further benefits from a large 32"' freeview TV and DVD player for those days where you just want to chill and not do anything, the kitchen is open planned with a full range gas cooker and oven, with everything you will need to cook up a great meal or a tasty snack..

Our van is sited on parklands 49 just a short walk away from the entertainment complex

Clacton On Sea Beachfront and town center just a 15 minute drive away, with great rides, amusements and places to eat

Round-the-clock family fun from dawn until dusk...

Our breaks are about spending quality time with your family. If you've got kids that demand non-stop action come rain or shine, we have something to suit everyone; from a jam-packed entertainment schedule, an indoor pool, and children's play areas, A great arcade with 2p machines, ticket machines, claw machines and fruit machines.

Evening entertainment is great of all ages with kids fun and games with the Haven characters, Bingo, DJ bingo, and lots more fun, games and shows.

On Park Entertainment and entry to swimming pool passes are not included in the price of your holiday but these can be purchased direct from reception on arrival if you require them

Park facilities are closed between November 1st and April 1st during this period the holiday home can still be used but there is no club house or pool open

Spent 4 days there and would like to go again, we spent everyday going to different places and it wasn't until the last day we went for a walk and walked on the beach which is opposite the main entrance. The home was comfortable and the beds very easy to sleep in, we ate out each night but everything was there to use. For the money it cost it was very good value for money. The site is geared up for families and there is lots to do.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
