Originally built in 1800, this first floor apartment is in a beautiful, quiet residential area of Ostuni, just a few minutes walk from the central Piazza, Centro Storico and the abundance of restaurants and bars that Ostuni has to offer.

The property has been refurbished to an extremely high standard and offers easy accommodation on one level (a rarity in Ostuni!).

Doors from the bedroom area and the sitting room open out on to balconies and the roof terrace offers a wonderful option for sunbathing on the recliners or dining on warm sunny evenings.

100% cotton bedlinen is provided along with towels and beach towels for your use on the roof terrace or at the beach.

Cleaning is included in your rental price.

Please note that we are open to longer lettings ie one month.

This wonderful apartment is beautifully located and is looked after by Grazia, our cleaner and most importantly, our friend. She can assist if there are any issues and we are available at all times as well. Access could not be easier as there is a keybox, opened by a code which you will be issued with upon payment of the booking. This enables you to arrive at a time that suits you rather than paying extra for a meet and greet if arriving very early or late in the day. Please note that Ostuni is very quiet in January. Many of the restaurants and bars close for the owners to have an annual vacation. Please also check for Public Holidays of which there are a few! Food shops will not be open and travel can be difficult.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Siobhan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
