Ostuni is located in the Centre of Puglia is in a strategic position to visit from North to South, the region is also well connected with the airport of brindisi (25 km) and bari (80 km).

The villa is located only 3 km from Ostuni, ' the White City ', and 10 km from the sea and the location in the hills of the city make it perfect for those who want to go to the beach (only 10 minutes) or for those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to relax more in stone villa with typical ' vaulted ' and has been recently renovated. There are with 5 beds divided into 3 rooms and a sofa bed in another room for a total of 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and large dining room, outside there is a barbecue, a wood stove and a bathroom you can then dine outside.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Gianfranco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
