Spacious private Villa Ritorno with PRIVATE pool. Prefer families and children are welcome. Groups of 35 years old and under are NOT WELCOME. Property is situated on 4 acres (1 hectare), with a panoramic view of Valle D'Itria. Views of surrounding hills with stone Trulli's and terraced walls to wonder through. The villa is nestled high above the provincial road SP17 among an olive grove and a variety of fruit trees with privacy from neighbours. Located just a quick 5 minute drive to Ostuni on the Ostuni-Cisternino SP17 and 15 minutes to the sea. There are no additional fees for laundry, water, electricity or cleaning. Also, we have a gardener to water plants as needed and the pool is cleaned twice a week. Any issues can be addressed to our property manager or directly to the owners by email. Villa Ritorno offers 3 bedrooms, 1 on suite bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom, sleeping 6 in comfort. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for the chef in you with a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor cold water shower. Equipped with A/C in the living room /kitchen and master bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms & wi-fi . Ostuni is one of the favorite local towns to visit, great restaurants, and shopping, weekly open markets with plenty to do and see. There is also a nature reserve in Casalini the closest village to us(2 Km). Brindisi airport 40 minutes or Bari 1 hour from the villa. Very inexpensive flights with Ryanair, Alitalia and most other airlines service this airport as well.The town of Ostuni also known as the “White City” offers those visiting a true glimpse of living “La Dolce Vita” the good life that Italians are known for. Every Saturday Ostuni has an open market with fashion clothing, shoes, and accessories, also fresh produce, including the very best in Italian cheeses and salami. An experience not to be missed! Just 15 minutes away you have a choice of several long sandy beaches with restaurants serving the catch of the day or antipasto depending on your appetite.

Very well equipped”REVIEW FLIPKEY/TRIPADVISER5 of 5 starsReviewed August 21, 2014 for a stay in August 2014A very well equipped villa, probably the best we have stayed in. The kitchen was brilliant, already stocked with basics such as olive oil, washing powder and kitchen roll. The beds very comfortable and loads of towels in the bathrooms. Although the pool is small it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. A lovely peaceful area only 15 mins drive from the nearest town, the only downside the villa isn't within walking distance of a restaurant. Suzanne was extremely helpful prior to and during our stay answering all our queries promptly. In addition the the most detailed directions from the airport to the villa including being met by Donato the property manager even though the flight had been delayed three hours. Thoroughly recommended. Lovely area, lovely villa and very friendly. I would recommend this vacation rental to my best friends? All other reviews have been 5 stars with never a complaint about cleanliness!!! For this reason we are extremely disappointed in this review when we have 2 cleaning ladies spending 4-5 hours each to make sure our guest arrive to an Italian super clean villa! Regrettably there are people who are dissatisfied no matter what and always want to be heard… this is a first for our property! As far as the lighting concerns, we have 2 motion detectors also, 5 LED terrace lights which illuminate the garden and pool area. Unfortunately, our pool lights burnt out within the first week of September and we are waiting for replacements coming from a Belgium supplier. Because we were kind enough to let them bring their dog we arrived home to dog poo in the garden and around the house. For future guests please read our other reviews!
