The 1st floor apartment is right in front of a large park, boardwalk, playground, ducks, catering, free bike in the canteen. Good location. Public transport nearby (tram, bus, train 6 min) and free parking in front of the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and chip shop 200m. The city (5 min walk), dam and beach (10 min). Quiet, bright, comfortable and well decorated with all necessary amenities such as coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, TV, oven, microwave, iron, massage chair and chi machine. In the kitchen, spices, chocolate spread and jam, coffee, sugar available. For children, books, crafts and crayons available. A large double bed 180 cm + a single bed, two chairs and baby bed and 1 single bed in the other room. A large bathroom with double sink and shower. Towels, toiletries and linens provided. The rules are as follows: Respect, cleanliness and calm, as if you were at home. Only people in the booking may stay in the apartment. Peace and privacy for the neighbors. Put garbage in small plastic bags and close them to avoid bad smells and flies. Bubble for glasses nearby. Cartons and cans to sort. Do not waste water and do not rummage through my stuff. stay bookings of 2 nights. No pets allowed.

Getting around

The ideal is to travel by bike. The city is very accessible by train and motorway E40. The nearby train station, bus and tram from the Belgian coast. The city also offers free bikes for the day in the canteen of the park opposite my home.

Interaction with guest

Be discreet and do not make noise. My neighbor on the ground floor is always available to help you. For my part, I will be there to welcome you but I will not stay there but I will be accessible at any time by phone if you need help.

Small dog provided it does not go on the chairs, a small pillow for this. Smoking allowed in the living room but not in the rooms. respect the quiet of the house fl neighbors. No waste water (taken counters at arrival and departure) sort waste (boxes, cans, bottles in bubble glasses). This apartment was very clean and very comfortable for us all. Carine left us with plenty of goodies to start our holiday. The park right opposite the apartment is ideal for both humans and dogs and it is only a short walk to Ostend Station and Beach. I would recommend this apartment and we would not hesiate to return again sometime.

Carine est une personne joyeuse et pleine de gentillesse, elle a le soucis de chaque détail pour le bien être de ses locataires, petit panier de bienvenue, chocolats, et même petit cadeau personnel, un week- end de détente dans ce bel appartement décoré avec goût et où on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Le logement est très bien équipé et spacieux, très propre, idéalement situé près de la plage et des commerces mais néanmoins dans un quartier tranquille. sans aucun doute notre adresse à retenir pour notre prochaine escapade Ostendaise. mille mercis pour toutes tes belles attentions, nous avons profité de chaque moment dans ce petit coin de Paradis.

Owner's reply: Je recommande chaudement Myriam et son mari, ils ont �t� des h�tes tr�s propres et respectueux des r�gles dans mon appartement. Apr�s leur d�part, tout �tait tr�s propre et bien rang� et ils ont appr�ci� tout le confort mis � leur disposition ainsi que la d�coration, le calme et la proximit� de la ville, du port et des magasins. Je les accueillerai encore avec beaucoup de plaisir.
