Description

NO groups, NO smoking, NO pets.

A child-friendly allergen-free apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Ostend (Vuurtorenwijk). Easy 10-min walk for access to the dunes and beach. Small balcony. Parking is always available in the street and is free, as this is a quiet residential part of Ostend.

The centre of the lively beach town Ostend can be reached with the bus (bus stop across the street, 10 min drive, bus every 20 min) or tram (2 min walk to tram stop, 10 min on tram to centre, tram every 10 min in Summer and every 30 min in Winter) or car (10 min drive).

NO GROUPS!

MAX 4 adults, 2 children and 1 child under 3 years old can comfortably stay in:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed of size 160 cm x 200 cm

- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (with optional bed guard on lower bunk bed for young children) and cot (optional)

- a living room with very comfortable futon that unfolds easily to a double bed of size 140 cm x 200 cm

We adhere to a strict NON-SMOKING and NO-PETS policy!

A 70 euro guest service fee is included in the online quote. It covers check-in, bedlinen and towels, cleaning, electricity and water.

Short stays (2 days or 1 day) are available but an extra fee must be paid.

Normal check-in hours are 16h30 to 21h. A half hour needs to be arranged in advance so our local agent can be at the apartment to do the check-in. After hours check-in is available on request, but needs to be confirmed (and extra fees need to be paid) at least 2 days before arrival.

Check-out must happen by 10h on departure day.

Wireless internet and digital TV are available, as are all regular kitchen amenities, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. A grocery store (Carrefour Express) is just across the street. Several small restaurants are within walking distance.

A children's play area with IKEA kitchen is located in the living room, and a high chair, diaper mat, baby bath, potty, toilet reducer and bed guard are available on request.

“Very nice apartment, in handy location”

This apartment had very good facilities, being opposite the supermarket, and very close to tram stop. Also the bus just across the road. You can spread out and be very comfortable.

lovely appartment in a lovely quiet part of ostend within easy walk to lovely beaches and harbour with its free shuttle boat to city centre.safe on street parking was a great bonus while straight across from the appartment was a well stocked supermarket,in all a lovely holiday,5 stars

“Nice place to stay with family or friends!”

It's a nice appartment outside the city center. We were with 5 adults and 2 children (2 adults in the master bedroom, 2 on the sleeping couch in the living room and 1 adult + 2 children in the other bedroom). Parking is free, public transport (bus, metro) is literally around the corner. You can buy tickets for 'De Lijn' in de supermarket in front of the appartment. The supermarket is even open on Sunday morning! 2 Weeks before the arrival, we had to communicate our estimated time of arrival in a 30 minute time frame. Fortunately, we also received a mobile phone number in case of delay. We were welcomed warmly by a family member of the owner! A recommendation for families or friends who want to stay in a nice place and don't mind a 10 minute metrotrip to the city center.

Very quiet neighbourhoud close to supermarket. Close to public transport. 500 m from beach. Oostende is nice town to visit: beach, shopping, eating... From appartement you can go to boat (for free) that connects you to center of town, easy to get there by bicycle.

How do damage deposits work?
