Description

COZY CONDO at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! Privately owned 1 bedroom lake front condos (two available). Nestled at the end of State Route KK in Osage Beach and the 23mm by water. Ready now for your week vacation or weekend get away.

Inside is open and airy. Bistro table for dining. Queen sized comfortable bed. Our unit is perfect for a couple, but we do supply a nice (Aero Bed) air mattress if you would like to bring a couple of kiddos!

We do own two units. Both units are nicely equipped for an enjoyable stay. All the comforts of home at an affordable price.

The deck overlooks the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Patio table and chairs along with a gas grill complete the setting.

Getting around

The beauty of the area is spread out over many miles which makes a car necessary for getting around Lake of the Ozarks. Our Cozy Condo is just outside of town.

I will be available if needed during your stay. We do have a keypad entry so your code is supplied after your reservation is confirmed. I usually ask that you text when you arrive. Please don't hesitate to text with any questions you have during your stay. We want you to have an enjoyable stay. We do live in the area so we are not too far if we are needed at the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
