Wonderful apartment on the seafront of Ortigia. Very spacious and airy, with separate entrance for maximum privacy. The sea view and the location makes it the ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation enjoying a unique view. The apartment is located in a strategic area: only a few steps from the beaches, restaurants, pizzerias, the bus stop and tourist attractions. The accommodation comprises: - Ranked # 1 very large room with double bed and reading corner; - Ranked # 1 half room with double sofa bed; - No.1 bathroom with shower. - Washing machine, TV, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning - Kitchen with TV, fridge, oven and all you need to cook (pots, cutlery, etc.). Adjacent to the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful view or if favorite, swimming and sunbathing. As soon as you walk out of the house, along the beach there is a staircase that leads directly on the rocks below. Otherwise walk along the boardwalk, it is located a beautiful solarium. Free and accessible to all :-). A few minutes from the Cathedral of Syracuse and the beauty of Ortigia. Just 15km from the beautiful beaches of Fontane Bianche, Arenella and Terrauzza, and the wonderful cliffs of Ognina of Syracuse. And do not miss the coast of Plemmirio with its protected marine area. About 15 km autrostrada you get to Noto. While less than an hour you get to Catania (51 km). In the Ortigia area are available municipal electric shuttles that run all the historical center. A few meters away there is the paid parking Thales, which is very quick and easy to park. Nearby you can hire electric bikes (or not) but also scooters and cars to move in total freedom. Services offered for a fee: Possibility of sightseeing boat across the Syracuse area to visit "The Plemmirio protected marine area" and the beautiful coastline of Syracuse. Guided Diving. For those who own patents diving. In marine protected areas "PLEMMIRIO" and in the coasts of Syracuse. I will be present at the time of key delivery and in case of need you can contact me via phone. A good position with good views from the kitchen and bathroom! The apartment was extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Shame about the builders.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lorenzo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
