The property is accessible through a pedestrian gate and a driveway leading to a 75 sq.m. totally paved private courtyard with the main entrance to the house; open air parking spaces for 2 cars.

Casallegra is luminous, sunny and quiet, the furniture is new, elegant and comfortable, all of which make for a warm and hospitable environment.

Within easy to reach are: a medical ambulatory, a pediatrician’s, a food market, a tobacconist, a newspaper stand, a pub, a snack bar, a playground, the railway station, the bus and taxi stop.

Small pets are allowed.

The free beach “Orta Beach” is at 500 m. far away from the house.

HOUSE PLAN

Casallegra measures about 130 sq.m. subdivided between the ground and the first floor; on the exterior the wooden beams of the mansard style roof and the stone facing columns give the house a very refined look.

The ground floor features an entrance, a large living room with fireplace and 2 big sofas (one of which is a comfortable double bed) satellite colour TV, comfortable dining room and lovely open kitchen with quality equipment (5 burner stove, oven, American and Italian style coffee machines, toaster, big refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle) separate from the dining area by a pretty colour glass wall; service bathroom with washing machine and house cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, etc.), bathroom with WC/SHOWER STALL and hair dryer. Free WiFi.

From the living /dining room exit onto a 25 sq. m. tiled covered terrace equipped with large dining table for pleasant meals in the open and to the exclusive 200 sq. m. garden surrounded by a hedge and featuring barbecue and deck chairs. A open air shower is also at disposal.

From the dining/living room a beautiful open stone staircase with wooden handrail leads up to the first floor.

First Floor

(3 bedrooms/bathroom and terrace)

The first floor features a large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds; both rooms exit onto a 25 sq. m. fully equipped porch/terrace with mansard style wooden beams.

The third room offers a double bedroom which looks out onto the backyard.

Large main bathroom with wash basin/Bidet/WC/hydromassage and hair dryer.
